秦皇島32-6油田優(yōu)勢(shì)通道定量評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:秦皇島32-6油田是典型的大型復(fù)雜河流相稠油油田,地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量高達(dá)1.7×108m3,現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)井165口,年產(chǎn)油量218×104m3,具有非常好的開(kāi)發(fā)前景。 然而,該油田具有儲(chǔ)層結(jié)構(gòu)疏松、易出砂、原油粘度大、非均質(zhì)性較強(qiáng)等顯著特點(diǎn),并且,油田含水率高達(dá)86%,注入水沿優(yōu)勢(shì)通道竄流,導(dǎo)致了注入水無(wú)效循環(huán),繼續(xù)進(jìn)行注水開(kāi)發(fā),效果差,給油田的后續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)帶來(lái)了難題。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,以秦皇島32-6油田優(yōu)勢(shì)通道為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)判方法確定存在優(yōu)勢(shì)通道的油水井,并計(jì)算了優(yōu)勢(shì)通道體積、滲透率等參數(shù),為后期封堵優(yōu)勢(shì)通道提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐,同時(shí)提出了優(yōu)勢(shì)通道治理對(duì)策,,解決了開(kāi)發(fā)中的突出矛盾,達(dá)到了開(kāi)發(fā)中后期穩(wěn)油控水、提高油藏采收率的目的。 通過(guò)對(duì)秦皇島32-6油田優(yōu)勢(shì)通道的研究,獲得以下認(rèn)識(shí): ①通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)判方法,對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)通道進(jìn)行存在性識(shí)別,從定量的角度確定了優(yōu)勢(shì)通道的位置,將存在優(yōu)勢(shì)通道的油水井組與正常生產(chǎn)的油水井組區(qū)分開(kāi),為后期進(jìn)行調(diào)剖堵水提供選擇目標(biāo); ②通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式法和概率密度模型法,獲得油水井間優(yōu)勢(shì)通道參數(shù),由優(yōu)勢(shì)通道參數(shù)計(jì)算結(jié)果可見(jiàn),隨著竄流程度加劇,優(yōu)勢(shì)通道滲透率、孔隙半徑、厚度、體積和孔隙度等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)也隨之發(fā)生變化; ③針對(duì)秦皇島32-6油田北區(qū)和南區(qū)12口發(fā)生竄流的水井,通過(guò)將優(yōu)勢(shì)通道分為單向竄流和多向竄流,提出了采用聚合物凍膠的封堵對(duì)策,計(jì)算了堵劑用量并設(shè)計(jì)了大量注入堵劑的封堵方法。
[Abstract]:Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield is a typical large complex fluvial heavy oil field with geological reserves of 1.7 脳 108m3, 165 production wells and annual oil production of 218 脳 104m3.It has a very good development prospect. However, the oilfield is characterized by loose reservoir structure, easy sand production, high viscosity of crude oil, strong heterogeneity and so on. Moreover, the water cut of the oilfield is as high as 86%, and the injected water flows along the dominant channel, which leads to the ineffective circulation of injected water. The effect of water injection development is poor, which brings difficulties to the further development of oil fields. In view of the above problems, taking Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield as the research object, the oil and water wells with dominant channels are determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The parameters such as the volume and permeability of the superior channel are calculated to provide data support for blocking the dominant channel in the later period, and the countermeasures of controlling the superior channel are put forward, which solve the outstanding contradiction in the development and achieve the stability of oil and water control in the middle and late stages of development. The purpose of improving oil recovery. Through the research on the dominant channel of Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oilfield, the following understandings are obtained:. The main results are as follows: (1) by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the existence of dominant channel is identified, the location of dominant channel is determined from the quantitative point of view, and the oil-water well group with dominant channel is distinguished from the oil-water well group in normal production. To provide the selection target for profile control and water shutoff in the later stage; 2 through dynamic data method, empirical formula method and probability density model method, the parameters of dominant passage between oil and water wells are obtained. From the calculation results of the parameters of dominant channel, it can be seen that the permeability, pore radius and thickness of dominant channel are increased with the increase of channeling flow. The key parameters such as volume and porosity also changed. In view of 12 wells with channeling flow in the north and south regions of Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oilfield, by dividing the dominant channels into one-way channeling flow and multi-direction channeling flow, the plugging countermeasures using polymer gel are put forward. The amount of plugging agent was calculated and the plugging method of a large amount of plugging agent was designed.
