耐高溫陽離子聚合物壓裂液的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:為獲得具有良好耐溫抗剪切性能的聚合物壓裂液,設(shè)計并合成了含陽離子基團(tuán)的丙烯酰胺共聚物PAAD及配套有機(jī)鈦交聯(lián)劑TC,以PAAD為稠化劑、TC為交聯(lián)劑、多羥基化合物MH為交聯(lián)促進(jìn)劑,制備了陽離子聚合物壓裂液。研究了PAAD、TC、MH、pH值對壓裂液性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,PAAD具有較強(qiáng)的增黏能力,可作為壓裂液稠化劑使用;TC可在酸性條件下與聚合物PAAD交聯(lián)形成聚合物凍膠;MH在高溫條件下能與PAAD稠化劑反應(yīng),促進(jìn)聚合物交聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成,提高壓裂液黏度及耐溫性能。該壓裂液的性能與體系組成有關(guān),隨聚合物PAAD濃度的增加,壓裂液凍膠黏度增大,但PAAD加量超過0.6%后凍膠黏度增幅減小。在PAAD濃度一定的條件下,TC和MH均存在對應(yīng)凍膠高黏度的最佳濃度值。體系pH值對壓裂液的性能影響較大,pH=3數(shù)4時壓裂液成膠性能較好。組成為0.6%PAAD+1.0%TC+0.2%MH(pH=3數(shù)4)的壓裂液經(jīng)150℃、170 s~(-1)連續(xù)剪切90min后的黏度仍保持在90 m Pa·s左右,滿足150℃高溫油氣井壓裂施工需要。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain polymer fracturing fluid with good temperature and shear resistance, acrylamide copolymer (PAAD) containing cationic group and organic titanium crosslinking agent (TCC) were designed and synthesized. PAAD was used as thickener and TC as crosslinking agent. A cationic polymer fracturing fluid was prepared by using the polyhydroxyl compound MH as a crosslinking accelerant. The effect of pH value on the properties of the fracturing fluid was studied. The results showed that PAAD had a strong viscosity increasing ability. It can be used as a thickener for fracturing fluid. It can be crosslinked with polymer PAAD under acidic conditions to form a polymer gel gel MH. At high temperature, it can react with PAAD thickener and promote the formation of polymer crosslinking network. The properties of the fracturing fluid are related to the composition of the system. The gel viscosity of the fracturing fluid increases with the increase of polymer PAAD concentration. However, when the dosage of PAAD exceeded 0.6%, the increase of gel viscosity decreased. Under the condition of constant PAAD concentration, both TC and MH had the best concentration corresponding to the high viscosity of gel. The pH value of the system had a great influence on the properties of the fracturing fluid. The viscosity of the fracturing fluid containing 0.6 PAAD 1.0 and TC 0.2 and pH 3 / 4) was maintained at 90 MPA 路s after continuous shearing at 150 鈩,
