硫磺改性乳化瀝青的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:隨著大量高硫劣質(zhì)原油的煉制及Claus硫磺回收工藝的日臻完善,硫磺產(chǎn)量大幅增加,使得硫磺改性瀝青的研究與應(yīng)用得到了越來越廣泛的關(guān)注。由于硫磺改性瀝青路面會產(chǎn)生環(huán)境污染,其應(yīng)用受到了限制。而乳化瀝青具有節(jié)約能源、環(huán)保經(jīng)濟、施工方便等優(yōu)點。因此,開發(fā)新型的硫磺改性乳化瀝青勢在必行。本文研究了硫磺改性瀝青的性能與反應(yīng)溫度和硫磺添加量的關(guān)系,結(jié)合紅外光譜(IR)和凝膠色譜(GPC)等分析手段,探討了硫磺改性瀝青的機理,為后續(xù)硫磺改性乳化瀝青的制備提供依據(jù)。本文通過實驗確定了硫磺改性乳化瀝青的制備工藝,并在合適的乳化配方下成功制備出一種硫磺改性乳化瀝青。實驗研究了乳化劑和穩(wěn)定劑添加量、硫磺改性方式及硫磺添加量等條件對改性乳化瀝青性能和儲存穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明,當乳化劑B用量為3%,陽離子聚丙烯酰胺添加量為0.45%,KC1添加量為1.5%,硫磺改性瀝青溫度為130℃及硫磺質(zhì)量分數(shù)為10%時,制備的硫磺改性乳化瀝青儲存穩(wěn)定性符合要求。本文制備了 SBR膠乳改性乳化瀝青,通過蒸發(fā)殘留物測試,研究了 SBR膠乳對瀝青性能的影響規(guī)律,分析了 SBR膠乳的改性機理。在理論上分析了硫磺作為交聯(lián)劑與SBR膠乳復(fù)合改性乳化瀝青的可能性,推測硫磺SBR膠乳復(fù)合改性的機理,并通過實驗將SBR膠乳引入到硫磺改性乳化瀝青體系中,將復(fù)合改性乳化瀝青的性能與單一的SBR膠乳改性乳化瀝青和硫磺改性乳化瀝青進行了比較,驗證了復(fù)合改性的最終效果。
[Abstract]:With the refining of a large amount of low-quality crude oil with high sulfur content and the improvement of Claus sulfur recovery process, the sulfur production has increased significantly. The research and application of sulfur modified asphalt have been paid more and more attention. Due to the environmental pollution caused by sulfur modified asphalt pavement, its application is restricted. The emulsified asphalt has the advantages of saving energy, protecting environment and economy. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a new type of sulfur modified emulsified asphalt. In this paper, the relationship between the performance of sulfur modified asphalt and reaction temperature and sulfur content is studied, combined with infrared spectroscopy (IR) and gel chromatography (GPC), etc. The mechanism of sulfur modified asphalt is discussed in order to provide the basis for the subsequent preparation of sulfur modified emulsified asphalt. In this paper, the preparation process of sulfur modified emulsified asphalt is determined by experiments. A kind of sulfur modified emulsified asphalt was successfully prepared under the suitable emulsifying formula, and the amount of emulsifier and stabilizer was studied experimentally. The effects of sulfur modification mode and sulfur content on the properties and storage stability of modified emulsified asphalt were studied.
