【摘要】：地下儲氣庫具有儲氣量大、安全系數(shù)高等諸多優(yōu)勢,已成為天然氣管網(wǎng)不可或缺的終端配套設(shè)施。其運營是一個涉及經(jīng)濟效益、運營風(fēng)險、工作效率等因素的多目標問題,因而提出符合多方面要求的注氣配產(chǎn)方案以達到降低壓縮機能耗、降低運營成本的目標是儲氣庫節(jié)能優(yōu)化運營的核心。為此,基于地下儲氣庫地上地下壓力系統(tǒng)一體化仿真模型,綜合環(huán)境條件、地質(zhì)條件、安全壓力等因素對儲氣庫運營的影響,以單井注氣流量為變量,根據(jù)管道級別確立雙層目標函數(shù),結(jié)合實際生產(chǎn)要求設(shè)置約束條件,應(yīng)用NSGA_Ⅱ算法制訂了注氣配產(chǎn)方案,最后對上述方案進行了生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化分析。兩組實驗結(jié)果均表明:利用NSGA_Ⅱ算法制訂的注氣配產(chǎn)方案合理有效,在滿足生產(chǎn)要求的同時,也兼顧了地質(zhì)環(huán)境、安全運營等條件,同時壓縮機功耗較經(jīng)驗配產(chǎn)情況下降低40%以上,大幅減少了能源浪費。
[Abstract]:Underground gas storage has many advantages, such as large gas storage capacity, high safety factor and so on. It has become an indispensable terminal supporting facility for natural gas pipeline network. Its operation is a multi-objective problem involving economic benefits, operational risks, working efficiency and so on. Therefore, it is the core of energy saving and operation optimization for gas storage to put forward gas injection production plan to reduce compressor energy consumption and reduce operation cost. Based on the integrated simulation model of underground gas storage aboveground pressure system and the influence of environmental conditions, geological conditions, safety pressure and other factors on the operation of gas storage reservoir, the gas injection flow rate of single well is taken as variable. According to the establishment of two-layer objective function of pipeline level and the setting of constraint conditions according to actual production requirements, the scheme of gas injection distribution production is formulated by using NSGA _ 鈪，
