油基鉆井液對(duì)超深裂縫性致密砂巖氣藏的保護(hù)能力評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:以塔里木盆地山前白堊系巴什基奇克組某超深、裂縫性致密砂巖氣藏為研究對(duì)象,探究油基鉆井液對(duì)其儲(chǔ)層的損害機(jī)理,以便于完善油基鉆井液儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)能力評(píng)價(jià)方法和優(yōu)選原則。為此開(kāi)展了鉆井液濾液損害、鉆井液體系動(dòng)態(tài)損害以及濾餅承壓能力室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),完善了該鉆井液儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)能力的室內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)方法。首先進(jìn)行固相粒度分析前進(jìn)行鉆井液預(yù)處理,然后模擬動(dòng)態(tài)損害過(guò)程評(píng)價(jià)鉆井液返排滲透率恢復(fù)率,最后開(kāi)展濾餅承壓能力評(píng)價(jià)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:1主要的儲(chǔ)層損害方式為固相侵入、液相圈閉損害;2油基鉆井液濾液對(duì)基塊損害程度為強(qiáng);3鉆井液體系對(duì)裂縫動(dòng)態(tài)損害程度達(dá)到中等偏強(qiáng)—強(qiáng),鉆井液濾餅僅對(duì)100μm及以下縫寬裂縫具有封堵能力。結(jié)論認(rèn)為,應(yīng)用油基鉆井液保護(hù)該類儲(chǔ)層應(yīng)優(yōu)先保證油基鉆井液濾餅承壓能力,同時(shí)兼顧動(dòng)態(tài)損害滲透率恢復(fù)率和液相圈閉損害程度。
[Abstract]:Taking an ultra-deep fractured tight sandstone gas reservoir in the Cretaceous of the Cretaceous in Tarim Basin as the research object, the damage mechanism of oil-base drilling fluid to its reservoir is explored. In order to improve the evaluation method and optimal selection principle of oil-base drilling fluid reservoir protection ability, the laboratory experiments of drilling fluid filtrate damage, drilling fluid system dynamic damage and filter cake bearing capacity were carried out. The laboratory evaluation method for the reservoir protection ability of the drilling fluid is improved. Firstly, the drilling fluid pretreatment is carried out before the solid particle size analysis, and then the recovery rate of the drilling fluid backflow permeability is evaluated by simulating the dynamic damage process. Finally, the pressure bearing capacity of filter cake was evaluated. The experimental results show that the main reservoir damage mode of 1: 1 is solid phase invasion. The damage degree of liquid phase trap damage oil based drilling fluid filtrate to base block is strong, the dynamic damage degree of drilling fluid system to fracture is medium strong and strong, the filter cake of drilling fluid only has plugging ability to 100 渭 m and below fracture width fracture, the conclusion is that, the damage degree of drilling fluid system to base block is strong and strong, and the filter cake of drilling fluid has plugging ability to fracture of 100 渭 m and below. The oil base drilling fluid should be used to protect this kind of reservoir first to ensure the pressure bearing ability of oil base drilling fluid filter cake, and at the same time, the recovery rate of dynamic damage permeability and the damage degree of liquid phase trap should be taken into account.
