【摘要】：在SAE J1899和SAE J1966的基礎(chǔ)上,分析國(guó)外活塞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)航空潤(rùn)滑油適航審定技術(shù)驗(yàn)證的試驗(yàn)方法和步驟,包括潤(rùn)滑油物理化學(xué)性能、穩(wěn)定性、材料相容性、地面單缸臺(tái)架、全尺寸臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)和飛行試驗(yàn)評(píng)估方法及步驟,為我國(guó)民航開(kāi)展活塞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油性能檢測(cè)和研究工作,以及國(guó)產(chǎn)活塞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油的適航審定提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:On the basis of SAE J1899 and SAE J1966, this paper analyzes the test methods and procedures for the verification of airworthiness technology of piston engine aviation lubricating oils abroad, including the physical and chemical properties, stability, material compatibility, ground single cylinder bench, and so on. The evaluation methods and steps of full-scale bench test and flight test provide technical support for the performance testing and research of piston engine lubricating oil in civil aviation of our country and the airworthiness examination and approval of domestic piston engine lubricating oil.
