新型儲(chǔ)層改造用暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑突破壓力低、耐溫性差,部分暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑存在纖維纏繞分散不均或因表面快速水化而聚結(jié)"成團(tuán)"等問(wèn)題,采用直鏈型聚合物細(xì)顆粒與粒徑更小的水膨體復(fù)配,引入礦物油對(duì)其進(jìn)行分散,使其表面具有一定疏水性,從而制備出了一種新型儲(chǔ)層改造用暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑。該暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑利用不同粒徑材料的堆砌、架橋作用,在基質(zhì)和裂縫的端面以及裂縫內(nèi)部形成堵劑層,并利用水膨體的吸水膨脹作用進(jìn)一步填充顆粒間的空隙,提高了封堵率。室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑耐140℃高溫,可直接加入水基儲(chǔ)層改造液體中注入地層,在儲(chǔ)層溫度下逐漸溶解/降解,對(duì)基質(zhì)和裂縫均具有良好的封堵效果,封堵率99%,封堵后的正向突破壓力≥60 MPa。該暫堵轉(zhuǎn)向劑在四川頁(yè)巖氣儲(chǔ)層體積壓裂中開(kāi)展了8段次的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),均取得了良好的轉(zhuǎn)向效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the low breakthrough pressure and poor temperature resistance of the existing temporary plugging steering agents, some temporary plugging steering agents have problems such as uneven filament winding and dispersion or agglomeration due to the rapid hydration of the surface, etc. The fine particles of straight chain polymer were mixed with the water-expanded body with smaller particle size, and the mineral oil was introduced to disperse it, which made its surface hydrophobic. Thus, a new temporary plugging turn agent for reservoir reconstruction was prepared. The temporary plugging turned agent formed plugging agent layer on the end surface of matrix and fracture and inside of fracture by piling with different particle size materials and bridging. The water swelling effect of water expansion is used to further fill the void between particles, and the plugging efficiency is improved. The laboratory experiments show that the temporary plugging agent can be injected into the formation directly into the modified liquid of water-based reservoir with high temperature resistance at 140 鈩,
