【摘要】："21世紀海上絲綢之路"戰(zhàn)略的核心價值是通道價值和戰(zhàn)略安全價值,石油天然氣合作是構建能源絲綢之路的主線之一。本文基于對"21世紀海上絲綢之路"相關國家的資源潛力、投資環(huán)境、合作機會以及合作方向的分析,提出"21世紀海上絲綢之路"油氣勘探開發(fā)合作的整體戰(zhàn)略及其不同發(fā)展階段的實施策略。
