聚表劑性能評價及驅(qū)油實驗研究

【摘要】:聚表劑是一種潛力非常巨大的新型的化學驅(qū)油劑,在國內(nèi)外受到了廣泛的關(guān)注和研究,并且已經(jīng)在大慶油田部分區(qū)塊開始應(yīng)用,并且取得了較好的開發(fā)效果,但由于聚表劑性能、機理等方面的研究還不夠完善,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)理論難以對礦場試驗中所遇到的問題給出準確的解釋,仍需對其性能、驅(qū)油效果以及波及規(guī)律進行進一步的深入研究。本文通過室內(nèi)實驗方法,對海博聚表劑的穩(wěn)定性、抗剪切性、注入能力、壓力傳導性等性能進行了研究,利用光刻玻璃分析了海博聚表劑的微觀驅(qū)油機理,通過驅(qū)油實驗優(yōu)選出大慶油田一類儲層條件下海博聚表劑的注入濃度為1000mg/L、注入段塞為1PV。本文針對大慶一類儲層情況設(shè)計了四層非均質(zhì)加厚模型和二維非均質(zhì)平面物理模型,通過驅(qū)替實驗獲得了海博聚表劑縱向及平面上的波及規(guī)律。四層非均質(zhì)加厚模型實驗表明:海博聚表劑擴大了中、低滲層的波及體積,聚驅(qū)后注入1.0PV海博聚表劑可以提高采收率13.08%,驅(qū)替效果明顯。二維非均質(zhì)物理模型驅(qū)油實驗表明:聚驅(qū)后海博聚表劑驅(qū)階段形成了油墻,增大了滲流阻力,從而擴大了波及體積,提高了采收率,海博聚表劑提高采收率的關(guān)鍵是有效地動用了中低滲層。聚驅(qū)后注入1.0PV海博聚表劑可以提高采收率10.89%,提高采收率效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Polymer is a new chemical flooding agent with great potential. It has been widely paid attention to and studied at home and abroad. It has been applied in some blocks of Daqing Oilfield and has achieved good development results. However, due to the performance and mechanism of the polymer is not perfect, it is difficult to explain the problems encountered in the field test by using the existing technical theory, and it is still necessary to give the performance. In this paper, the stability, shear resistance, injection ability and pressure conductivity of Haibo Polymeter are studied through laboratory experiments. The microscopic oil displacement mechanism of Haibo polymeter agent is analyzed by using photolithographic glass. The injection concentration of Haibo polymeter agent is 1000mg / L under the condition of Daqing oilfield reservoir. The injection slug is 1PV.The four-layer heterogeneous thickening model and two-dimensional heterogeneous plane physical model are designed for Daqing reservoir. The vertical and plane sweep patterns of Haibo polymer were obtained by displacement experiment. The results of four-layer heterogeneous thickening model showed that the sweep volume of Haibo polymer increased in medium and low permeability layers. Injection of 1.0 PV Haibo polymeter after polymer flooding can improve oil recovery 13.08 and the displacement effect is obvious. Two-dimensional heterogeneous physical model flooding experiments show that: after polymer flooding Haibo polymeter flooding stage formed oil wall. The seepage resistance is increased, thus the sweep volume is enlarged and the oil recovery is improved. The key to enhance recovery factor of Haibo polymeter agent is to use low and medium permeable layers effectively, and the injection of 1.0 PV Haibo polymeter agent after polymer flooding can improve the recovery efficiency of 10.89, and the effect of oil recovery is obvious.
