強(qiáng)堿三元復(fù)合驅(qū)堵塞原因分析及解堵技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:大慶油田三元復(fù)合驅(qū)取得了良好“穩(wěn)油降水”效果,目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入工業(yè)化推廣應(yīng)用階段。但在強(qiáng)堿三元復(fù)合驅(qū)實(shí)踐中,由于儲(chǔ)層參數(shù)不確定性和礦物組成復(fù)雜性,加之堿與儲(chǔ)層礦物間的溶蝕作用,造成部分強(qiáng)堿三元體系注入井注入困難,給油田生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重影響。為解決以上問(wèn)題,本文以油藏工程、物理化學(xué)和高分子材料學(xué)為理論指導(dǎo),以化學(xué)分析、儀器檢測(cè)和物理模擬為技術(shù)手段,以杏樹(shù)崗儲(chǔ)層地質(zhì)和流體為研究對(duì)象,開(kāi)展了現(xiàn)有強(qiáng)堿三元體系與儲(chǔ)層適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)和堿與儲(chǔ)層巖石溶蝕作用及其對(duì)滲流特性影響研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了注入井堵塞物組成分析、堵塞物對(duì)儲(chǔ)層吸液能力影響和解堵方法研究。結(jié)果表明,強(qiáng)堿三元復(fù)合體系儲(chǔ)層適應(yīng)性受滲透率、非均質(zhì)性、聚合物相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量、聚合物濃度和剪切強(qiáng)度等因素影響。與杏六東部Ⅱ塊油層相適應(yīng)強(qiáng)堿三元復(fù)合體系聚合物參數(shù):聚合物相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量1200×104,濃度2000mg/L,或聚合物相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量1900×104,濃度1500mg/L。隨堿濃度增加、作用時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)和“液:固”比增大,巖樣與堿溶蝕作用程度增加。與單純堿液相比較,“堿/表面活性劑”二元體系和“堿/表面活性劑/聚合物”三元體系對(duì)巖樣溶蝕程度較弱,表明表面活性劑和聚合物可以減輕堿對(duì)巖樣溶蝕作用。在堿與巖樣溶蝕過(guò)程中,Ca2+和Mg2+濃度降低,表明有碳酸鹽沉淀生成,這是造成孔隙過(guò)流斷面減小和滲流阻力增加的重要原因。聚合物相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量與油層孔喉配伍性差以及堿與地層礦物反應(yīng)而出現(xiàn)結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象是造成注入困難的主要原因,解堵技術(shù)難度較大。注入井中存在堵塞物是造成注入困難的另一原因,因堵塞物主要滯留在近井地帶,采用少量解堵劑就可以解除堵塞作用。優(yōu)化注入井堵塞物解堵劑配方:氧化劑(0.4%ClO2)+復(fù)合酸(12%HCl+3%HF+1%CH3COOH+0.6%小陽(yáng)離子季銨鹽+0.5%KCl+0.5%YC-SY)。推薦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)注入順序?yàn)?氧化劑→復(fù)合酸。
[Abstract]:The ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield has achieved a good effect of "stabilizing oil and precipitation" and has entered the stage of industrialization and application at present, but in the practice of strong alkali ASP flooding. Due to the uncertainty of reservoir parameters and the complexity of mineral composition, coupled with the dissolution between alkali and reservoir minerals, it is difficult to inject some strong alkali ternary system injection wells. In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes reservoir engineering, physical chemistry and polymer materials as the theoretical guidance, chemical analysis, instrument detection and physical simulation as the technical means. Taking Xingshugang reservoir geology and fluid as the research object, the existing strong alkali ternary system and reservoir adaptability evaluation, alkali and reservoir rock dissolution and its influence on percolation characteristics are studied. The composition of plugging matter in injection well is analyzed and the influence of plugging material on reservoir fluid absorption ability and plugging method are studied. The results show that the reservoir adaptability of strong alkali ternary system is influenced by permeability and heterogeneity. The relative molecular weight of polymer, polymer concentration and shear strength are affected.
