Nuraly油田優(yōu)化注水研究

【摘要】:Nuraly油田為儲層物性非均質性較強的中孔中滲砂巖油藏。該油田J層系采出程度9.87%,綜合含水率44.18%,各層系之間地層壓力差別較大,在現(xiàn)有注采方式下其生產問題與井間矛盾日益突出。因此,本文在完善和調整注采井網(wǎng)的基礎上對Nuraly油田J層系進行了優(yōu)化注水技術對策研究。首先,在儲層地質特征研究的基礎上,建立了Nuraly油田J層系的三維地質模型,并用孔滲參數(shù)和地質儲量的擬合程度論證了模型的合理性。其次,運用油藏數(shù)值模擬手段對J層系4個層進行生產歷史擬合,單井擬合率達87.5%,對后續(xù)開發(fā)方案調整的井歷史擬合率達到100%。在此基礎上,結合油田開發(fā)生產,綜合分析了剩余油分布及其富集規(guī)律。儲層物性非均質性嚴重,井網(wǎng)密度小,注采井網(wǎng)不完善,注采參數(shù)不配伍以及射開程度不完善是該層系剩余油產生的主要原因。最后,對主力層系J-0、J-II中的重點井組從井網(wǎng)密度,注采關系,注采參數(shù)配伍性等方面對其進行優(yōu)化注水技術對策研究,并給出了推薦的優(yōu)選方案順序,為油田的下一步開發(fā)調整、提高原油采收率奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:Nuraly oilfield is a middle porosity and middle permeability sandstone reservoir with strong physical heterogeneity. The production degree of J series is 9.87 and the comprehensive water cut is 44.18%. The formation pressure varies greatly among the strata, and the production problem and the inter-well contradiction are becoming more and more serious under the existing injection-production mode. On the basis of perfecting and adjusting injection-production pattern, this paper studies the countermeasures of optimizing water injection technology in J series of Nuraly oilfield. Firstly, on the basis of the study of reservoir geological characteristics. The 3D geological model of J series in Nuraly oilfield is established, and the rationality of the model is proved by the fitting degree of pore and permeability parameters and geological reserves. By using reservoir numerical simulation method, the production history of 4 layers of the J series is fitted. The fitting rate of single well reaches 87.5, and the historical fitting rate of wells adjusted for the subsequent development scheme is 100. On this basis. Combined with oilfield development and production, the remaining oil distribution and its enrichment law are comprehensively analyzed. The reservoir physical heterogeneity is serious, the well pattern density is small, and the injection-production well pattern is not perfect. Incompatibility of injection and production parameters and imperfect shooting opening are the main reasons for the formation of residual oil. Finally, the density of well pattern and the relationship between injection and production of the key well groups in the main formation J-0 + J-II are discussed. The optimization of water injection technology is studied in terms of compatibility of injection and production parameters, and the recommended sequence of optimal selection scheme is given, which lays a foundation for the further development and adjustment of oil fields and the improvement of crude oil recovery.
