【摘要】：天然氣貿(mào)易計量是燃氣公司日常管理中的一項重要的日常工作。其在天然氣購銷、經(jīng)營、管理過程中占有十分重要的地位。如果沒有天然氣的準(zhǔn)確計量,就不能準(zhǔn)確的掌握天然氣貿(mào)易交接量和燃氣企業(yè)購銷動態(tài)情況;就會造成燃氣公司的管理混亂,經(jīng)濟效益受損。同時,城市燃氣公司的日常生產(chǎn)管理過程中的一系列考核制度就無法落實,天然氣計量交接矛盾會逐步激化,最終導(dǎo)致燃氣企業(yè)無法正常生產(chǎn),也將無法維持正常的供氣秩序。本文通過綜合研究分析的方法,以西北地區(qū)西安、蘭州、天水等地的天然氣貿(mào)易計量方式、管理模式為研究目標(biāo),重點研究了提高天然氣貿(mào)易計量準(zhǔn)確度,完善天然氣計量管理、控制輸差等的方法措施。本文還通過對能量計量方法的了解和分析,對日新月異發(fā)展起來的燃氣計量新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備和新先進管理模式進行探討,為城市燃氣企業(yè)進一步提高計量準(zhǔn)確度、加強計量管理、控制輸差探索新方法、途徑和管理模式,從而為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)利益最大化提供一些新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Natural gas trade measurement is an important daily work in the daily management of gas companies. It occupies a very important position in the process of natural gas purchase, sale, management and management. If there is no accurate measurement of natural gas. Can not accurately grasp the natural gas trade transfer volume and gas enterprises purchase and marketing dynamics; At the same time, a series of appraisal system in the daily production management process of the city gas company can not be implemented, and the contradiction of natural gas metering transfer will be intensified step by step. Ultimately, gas enterprises can not produce normally, and will not be able to maintain a normal gas supply order. This paper through comprehensive research and analysis of the method to northwest Xi'an, Lanzhou, Tianshui and other places of natural gas trade measurement. The management model is the research goal, focusing on improving the measurement accuracy of natural gas trade, improving the management of natural gas metering, controlling the difference of transportation, etc. This paper also through the understanding and analysis of energy measurement methods. The new technology, new equipment and new advanced management mode of gas measurement developed with each passing day are discussed in order to further improve the measurement accuracy, strengthen the metering management and control the transportation difference for the city gas enterprises. The way and the management mode provide some new ideas and methods for the enterprise to realize the benefit maximization.
