【摘要】:無堿二元復(fù)合驅(qū)技術(shù)是化學(xué)驅(qū)技術(shù)一種,是由聚合物和表活劑復(fù)配而成,可以有效改善水驅(qū)老油田開發(fā)效果,大幅度提高原油采收率。隨著該技術(shù)日益成熟,已在遼河油田發(fā)揮顯著作用,為遼河油田化學(xué)驅(qū)擴大實施奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。聚合物/表面活性劑二元復(fù)合驅(qū)油體系中由于沒有加入堿,減少了添加堿造成地層結(jié)垢的問題,但由于沒有堿的幫助,使油水界面張力得到升高,界面張力很難達到超低(10-3mN/m數(shù)量級),使提高驅(qū)油效率降低,并且表活劑的吸附量也大大增加,經(jīng)濟成本大大提高。本文研究和分析了無堿二元驅(qū)技術(shù)在遼河油田設(shè)計及應(yīng)用情況,從化學(xué)驅(qū)體系評價、配方體系優(yōu)化,注入?yún)?shù)優(yōu)化及現(xiàn)場跟蹤監(jiān)測等方面開展。成功篩選研制一種能夠在無堿條件下使油水間的界面張力達到超低(10-3mN/m數(shù)量級)的表面活性劑。通過室內(nèi)實驗,研究了表面活性劑的界面張力、穩(wěn)定性、乳化性及吸附性等,從無堿二元復(fù)合驅(qū)油體系和三元復(fù)合驅(qū)油體系進行物模試驗進行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明,二元驅(qū)驅(qū)油效果最好,并對無堿二元驅(qū)油體系表活性劑濃度、段塞尺寸、聚合物濃度、注入時機進行優(yōu)化。通過現(xiàn)場跟蹤監(jiān)測與調(diào)整,保證二元驅(qū)有效開展,現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用情況表明,錦16塊二元驅(qū)現(xiàn)場試驗已見明顯增油降水效果,試驗區(qū)日產(chǎn)油由61噸上升至最高350噸,含水由96.5%下降至82.6%,階段累增油27.4萬噸。
[Abstract]:Alkali-free binary composite flooding is a chemical flooding technology, which is composed of polymer and surface active agent. It can effectively improve the development effect of water flooding old oil field and increase oil recovery greatly. With the development of this technology maturing day by day. It has played a significant role in Liaohe Oilfield and laid a solid foundation for the expansion of chemical flooding in Liaohe Oilfield. There is no alkali in the polymer / surfactant binary compound flooding system. The problem of formation scaling caused by adding alkali is reduced, but without the help of alkali, the interfacial tension of oil and water is increased, and the interfacial tension is very difficult to reach the order of 10 ~ (-3) mn / m (10 ~ (-3) mn / m). This paper studies and analyzes the design and application of alkali-free binary flooding technology in Liaohe Oilfield. From the chemical flooding system evaluation, formula system optimization. The optimization of injection parameters and the monitoring of in-situ tracking have been carried out. A kind of interfacial tension between oil and water has been developed successfully in the absence of alkali-free conditions, and the interfacial tension between oil and water can reach the order of 10 ~ (-3) mn / m). Through laboratory experiments. The interfacial tension, stability, emulsification and absorbability of surfactants were studied. The effect of binary flooding is the best, and the surfactant concentration, slug size, polymer concentration and injection time of non-alkali binary flooding system are optimized. The field tracking monitoring and adjustment are used to ensure the effective development of binary flooding. The field application shows that the field test of binary flooding in Jin16 block has obvious effect of increasing oil and precipitation, the daily oil production in the test area has increased from 61 tons to the highest 350 tons, and the water cut has decreased from 96.5% to 82.6%. The stage accumulated 274,000 tons of oil.
