長輸管道工程設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制管理案例研究

【摘要】:我國的石油化工行業(yè)正步入快速發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略機遇期和新一輪建設(shè)高峰期,石化企業(yè)在注重經(jīng)濟效益的同時,也越來越重視社會效益。最近幾年石油石化企業(yè)出現(xiàn)幾次較大的事故,例如,中石化東黃輸油管道泄漏爆炸,中石油大連輸油管道爆炸等事故,這些事故對國家形象和企業(yè)形象都造成很大的傷害。國家有關(guān)部門和中石油要求下屬企業(yè)針對輸油管道隱患治理提出明確治理要求。在這些隱患中,有些隱患是施工造成的,也有些事故和設(shè)計質(zhì)量有很大關(guān)系。為此,必須對長輸管道工程設(shè)計過程進行全過程的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,從而實現(xiàn)工程設(shè)計成果的全面質(zhì)量控制。對于一個工程項目來說,設(shè)計質(zhì)量是決定項目好壞的關(guān)鍵因素,因此,研究如何加強項目設(shè)計過程中的質(zhì)量控制管理有著重要的意義。本文針對典型長輸管道工程設(shè)計項目質(zhì)量管理的實際情況,運用質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量控制等理論以及統(tǒng)計分析、因果分析等方法,并通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)研和理論分析,針對性的提出適合DB企業(yè)的設(shè)計質(zhì)量管理體系,提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量管理水平,進而間接提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益。通過對質(zhì)量控制管理理論、服務(wù)工程與管理理論、工程管理理論等學(xué)科知識在研究中的應(yīng)用,結(jié)合長輸管道設(shè)計、施工過程中出現(xiàn)的各種問題,研究分析DB企業(yè)設(shè)計質(zhì)量管理所存在的問題,尋求科學(xué)的方法探討工程設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制管理體系,系統(tǒng)性地解決設(shè)計過程中所存在的質(zhì)量問題,優(yōu)化項目設(shè)計過程中的質(zhì)量標準,提高企業(yè)的項目設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制管理水平,降低企業(yè)因項目設(shè)計過程產(chǎn)生問題所受到的經(jīng)濟損失,從而間接提升企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,同時提高提升客戶滿意度。
[Abstract]:China's petrochemical industry is stepping into an important strategic opportunity period of rapid development and a new peak period of construction. Petrochemical enterprises pay attention to economic benefits at the same time. In recent years, there have been several major accidents in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, such as the leakage and explosion of Sinopec Donghuang oil pipeline and the explosion of CNPC Dalian oil pipeline. These accidents have caused great harm to the national image and the corporate image. The relevant state departments and PetroChina require subordinate enterprises to put forward clear management requirements for the hidden trouble of oil pipeline. Some hidden troubles are caused by construction, and some accidents are related to the design quality. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the quality of the whole process of the long distance pipeline engineering design. For a project, the design quality is the key factor to determine the quality of the project. It is of great significance to study how to strengthen the quality control management in the process of project design. By using the theory of quality management and quality control, statistical analysis, causality analysis and so on, and through field investigation and theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the design quality management system suitable for DB enterprise. Improve the level of design quality management, and then indirectly improve the economic benefits of enterprises. Through the quality control management theory, service engineering and management theory, engineering management theory and other disciplines in the application of the theory. According to the various problems in the design and construction of long-distance pipeline, the problems existing in the design quality management of DB enterprise are studied and analyzed, and a scientific method is sought to discuss the quality control management system of engineering design. Systematically solve the quality problems existing in the design process, optimize the quality standards in the process of project design, and improve the quality control management level of the project design. It can reduce the economic loss caused by the problems caused by the project design process, so as to increase the economic benefit of the enterprise indirectly and enhance the customer satisfaction at the same time.
