【摘要】:油田注入水中含有大量成垢離子,在采油過(guò)程中由于溫度、壓力、pH值等因素的變化,導(dǎo)致管道設(shè)備中出現(xiàn)結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象。針對(duì)大慶油田油井結(jié)垢的現(xiàn)象,選取了大慶油田某區(qū)塊的三個(gè)油井垢樣進(jìn)行化學(xué)分析,得到垢樣中各組分的含量,選取其中一個(gè)油井的垢樣進(jìn)行掃描電鏡能譜分析和X射線(xiàn)衍射光譜分析,并對(duì)油田采出水成分進(jìn)行分析,得出垢樣的主要組成為碳酸鈣。針對(duì)垢樣復(fù)配出五種防垢劑,在ρ(Ca~(2+))=50mg/L,堿度(以CaCO_3計(jì))2.5g/L,反應(yīng)溫度70℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間24h,復(fù)配防垢劑總投加量5mg/L的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下篩選出性能最佳的防垢劑,然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行性能評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of scaling ions in the injected water of oil field. Due to the change of temperature, pressure and pH value, the scaling phenomenon appears in the pipeline equipment, aiming at the phenomenon of oil well scaling in Daqing Oilfield. Three oil well scale samples in one block of Daqing Oilfield were selected for chemical analysis, and the contents of each component in the scale samples were obtained. One of the scale samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). By analyzing the composition of produced water from oilfield, it is concluded that the main composition of scale sample is calcium carbonate.
