【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,石油作為經(jīng)濟(jì)的動(dòng)脈,其穩(wěn)定的供應(yīng)是國(guó)家發(fā)展的重要保障。由于現(xiàn)在石油開(kāi)采的自然環(huán)境大部分都面向沙漠和海洋,對(duì)鉆機(jī)的性能和技術(shù)參數(shù)要求越來(lái)越高。泥漿泵作為石油鉆機(jī)設(shè)備的核心部件,在極端惡劣的環(huán)境下是否能夠保證安全可靠的工作直接影響到整個(gè)鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行,因此在泥漿泵交付使用前的試驗(yàn)?zāi)ズ瞎ぷ黠@得尤為重要。因此本文以EEC-800、EEC-1300、EEC-1600型泥漿泵為研究對(duì)象,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái),用于泥漿泵組裝后的試驗(yàn)工作,具體開(kāi)展以下幾方面的研究工作:1.查閱資料,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外泥漿泵的發(fā)展及滿足泥漿泵試驗(yàn)要求的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有了一定的了解,并且到寶雞石油機(jī)械公司進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察、學(xué)習(xí),了解其泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)使用情況并掌握泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。2.對(duì)泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。包括制定動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)方案、調(diào)速系統(tǒng)與電機(jī)選型、減速箱的選擇、高壓管匯設(shè)計(jì)、泥漿泵底座的設(shè)計(jì)與強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。3.對(duì)泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)電路控制部分的設(shè)計(jì)。包括對(duì)泥漿泵沖數(shù)、流量測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、溫度傳感器的設(shè)計(jì)、安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。4.完成泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)配套設(shè)施的建設(shè)工作和試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)備的安裝工作。5.對(duì)泥漿泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)備進(jìn)行調(diào)試,跟蹤試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的使用情況。

Since the oil exploitation of natural environment for most deserts and oceans, performance requirements and technical parameters of drilling mud pump is more and more high. As a core component of oil drilling equipment, whether to ensure safety reliable work directly affects the drilling system running in extreme circumstances, so the delivery in the mud pump test running before work is particularly important. Therefore, EEC-800, EEC-1300, EEC-1600 type mud pump as the research object, and developed a set of mud pump test bench, test for mud pump assembly the specific research work as follows: 1. the development of domestic and foreign references, mud pump and satisfy the structure of test-bed test requirements of the mud pump Have a certain understanding, and to the Baoji petroleum machinery company to inspect, study, understand the mud pump test-bed and the design master design method of mud pump test-bed of.2. mud pump test bench power transmission system. Including the development of power system, control system and motor, reducer selection Department of design of high-pressure pipe design and strength calculation of mud pump base.3. mud pump test bench control circuit design. Including the pulse number of mud pump, the design of flow measurement system, the design of the temperature sensor, the design of.4. safety monitoring system to complete the mud pump test facilities construction work and test equipment the installation of.5. mud pump test bench equipment debugging, the use of tracking test.
