【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái)和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,瞬息萬(wàn)變的市場(chǎng)需求和激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境對(duì)于企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展提出更高的要求,企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化成為一種必然趨勢(shì)。本論文針對(duì)華北油田公司在推進(jìn)組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的情況,提出了要解決的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)調(diào)研、定性、定量分析,應(yīng)用組織機(jī)構(gòu)管理相關(guān)理論和研究方法,對(duì)華北油田公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革進(jìn)行了深入研究。首先針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,繼而進(jìn)一步針對(duì)企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展情況以及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行論述,通過(guò)兩種組織結(jié)構(gòu)熵模型分析,列出扁平化組織結(jié)構(gòu)和金字塔組織結(jié)構(gòu)利與弊的對(duì)比分析,最后得出華北油田公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化更有利于該公司在現(xiàn)有外部環(huán)境中實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。論文自第三章開(kāi)始具體分析華北油田公司現(xiàn)有組織結(jié)構(gòu)的不足和弊端以及實(shí)施組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革中面臨的難題。重點(diǎn)闡述扁平化組織結(jié)構(gòu)在華北油田公司的改革實(shí)踐研究,具體從組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、保障措施、具體案例、措施方法、改革效果等幾方面全面闡述該公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革過(guò)程中的具體做法和建議。該論文又以華北油田公司某采油廠為例,簡(jiǎn)述組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革的具體實(shí)施措施和效果。華北油田公司通過(guò)組織結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化改革,將提高信息傳遞的效率,最大限度地調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性和士氣,節(jié)約管理成本,提高勞動(dòng)效率,使組織變得柔性、靈活、反應(yīng)敏捷,更好地適應(yīng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the development of information technology, the ever-changing market demand and fierce competition environment put forward higher requirements for the survival and development of enterprises. Flat organizational structure of enterprises has become an inevitable trend. In view of the situation that occurred in the process of promoting the flattening reform of organizational structure in Huabei Oilfield Company, this paper puts forward the problems to be solved. Quantitative analysis, the application of organizational management theory and research methods. The organizational structure flattening reform of Huabei Oilfield Company is deeply studied. Firstly, the status quo of the flat organizational structure reform at home and abroad is described in detail. Then, according to the development of enterprise organizational structure and related theories, through two kinds of organizational structure entropy model analysis, listed flat organizational structure and pyramid structure of the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis. Finally, it is concluded that the flat organizational structure of Huabei Oilfield Company is more favorable for the company to achieve its strategic objectives in the existing external environment. The paper has analyzed the shortcomings and drawbacks of the present organizational structure of Huabei Oilfield Company since the third chapter. And the difficulties faced in the implementation of the flattening reform of the organizational structure. The emphasis is put on the practical research on the reform of the flat organizational structure in Huabei Oilfield Company. Specifically from the organizational structure design, safeguard measures, specific cases, measures. The concrete methods and suggestions in the process of flattening the organizational structure of the company are expounded in several aspects such as the effect of reform. This paper takes a production plant of Huabei Oilfield as an example. This paper briefly describes the concrete implementation measures and effects of the flattening reform of the organizational structure. Through the flattening reform of the organizational structure, Huabei Oilfield Company will improve the efficiency of information transmission and mobilize the enthusiasm and morale of the staff to the maximum extent. It can save management cost, improve labor efficiency, make the organization flexible, flexible and responsive, and better meet the needs of sustainable development in the era of enterprise strategy and knowledge economy.
