摘要：

以鉆石模型為基礎(chǔ)，對我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)要素、需求條件、相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)與支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略與同業(yè)競爭、外部環(huán)境與政府政策等競爭力影響因素進行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了提升我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的對策，主要包括制定新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，加大研發(fā)力度，鼓勵技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，加快相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，構(gòu)建相關(guān)技術(shù)標準體系以及形成企業(yè)集群效應(yīng)等。

Abstract： 

Based on Diamond Model, this paper analyzes the productive factors, demand constraints, related industries and supporting industries, business strategy and competition, external environment and government policies of new energy vehicle industry in China. Based on this, it gives countermeasures on improving the competitiveness of China 's new energy vehicle industry, including that we should make a long-term development strategy, strengthen research and development ability, encourage technical innovation, accelerate related infrastructure construction, establish related technical standard systems and form enterprise cluster effect.
