模擬降水變化和土壤施氮對浙江古田山5個樹種幼苗生長和生物量的影響

【摘要】:為了探討古田山地區(qū)5個樹種-禿瓣杜英(Elaeocarpus glabripetalus)、楓香(Liquidambar formosana)、木荷(Schima superba)、青岡(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)和馬尾松(Pinus massoniana)幼苗的生長和生物量及其分配對添加氮肥和減少降水的響應(yīng),在野外設(shè)置了雙因素氮肥(對照和施氮)和降水(自然降水(對照)和減少降水)控制試驗,氮肥的施入量為10g·m-2·a-1NH4NO3,分別于每年5月初和7月初各施5g·m-2·a-1,減少降水處理是減少自然降水的30%。經(jīng)過3個生長季的處理發(fā)現(xiàn):1)施氮顯著促進(jìn)了禿瓣杜英、楓香和木荷的苗高和基徑的生長,并且對禿瓣杜英和楓香的促進(jìn)作用經(jīng)過1個生長季的處理就表現(xiàn)出來,而木荷在經(jīng)過2個生長季后才表現(xiàn)出來;2)施氮顯著促進(jìn)了禿瓣杜英、楓香和木荷的全株生物量以及各部分生物量的增長,而只增加了馬尾松的側(cè)枝和葉片生物量以及青岡的側(cè)枝生物量;3)2個生長季的施氮處理提高了禿瓣杜英和木荷的葉重比以及楓香和青岡的枝重比,3個生長季的施氮處理促進(jìn)了禿瓣杜英、楓香和木荷的莖重比以及青岡和馬尾松的枝重比,地上干物質(zhì)分配比例的增加以地下干物質(zhì)分配比例減小為代價,施氮后顯著降低了禿瓣杜英、楓香、木荷和青岡的根重比和根冠比;4)降水減少30%對各樹種的生長均無顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the growth and biomass of five tree species, Elaeocarpus glabripetalus, Liquidambar formosanaana, Schima superbaa, Cybalanopsis glauca and Pinus massoniana, in Gutian Mountains, the growth and biomass of seedlings and their distribution response to nitrogen fertilizer and precipitation reduction were studied. Two factors nitrogen fertilizer (control and application of nitrogen) and precipitation (natural precipitation (control) and precipitation reduction) control experiments were conducted in the field. The amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied was 10g m-2 a-1NH4NO3, which was applied at the beginning of May and early July, respectively. Reducing precipitation treatment was 30% of natural precipitation. After three growing seasons, it was found that nitrogen application significantly promoted the growth of seedling height and basal diameter of Alopecten, Maple and Schima superba, and promoted the growth of alopecium alopecuroides and Maple by one growing season. Nitrogen application significantly promoted the growth of the whole plant biomass and the biomass of all parts of Alopecten, Maple and Schima superba. The biomass of lateral branch and leaf of Pinus massoniana and the biomass of lateral branch of Cyclobalanopsis were increased only by N application in 2 growth seasons. The ratio of Alopecia alopecuroides and Ye Zhong of Schima superba, the ratio of shoot weight of Maple and Cyclobalm, and the nitrogen application rate of 3 growing seasons were increased. The treatment promoted alopecia duying, The ratio of stem to weight of Maple and Schima superba and the ratio of shoot weight to shoot weight of Cyclobalanthus and Pinus massoniana increased at the cost of decreasing the proportion of dry matter distribution in the ground. The ratio of root weight to root weight and ratio of root to shoot of Schima superba and Cyclobalanopsis davidii decreased by 30%, and the growth of each tree species was not significantly affected by 30% of precipitation.
