【摘要】：澳門是一個世界遺產(chǎn)與全城密切關(guān)聯(lián)的城市。"澳門歷史城區(qū)"世界遺產(chǎn)占據(jù)了澳門本島9.3km2中的1.23km2。世界遺產(chǎn)委員會建議締約國政府統(tǒng)籌安排澳門世界遺產(chǎn)與城市整體規(guī)劃的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。澳門世界遺產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)主要是港口城市與中西文化的交融。保護(hù)好"澳門歷史城區(qū)"世界遺產(chǎn),并使之與澳門整體發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)的要點(diǎn),在于確保這兩大特征的存續(xù)和傳承。澳門《城市規(guī)劃法》的頒布實(shí)施為上述保護(hù)和協(xié)調(diào)工作提供了基礎(chǔ)和保障。具體實(shí)施,要特別關(guān)注一些節(jié)點(diǎn)、要素和相互的關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Macao is a city closely related to the whole city. "Macao Historical City" World Heritage site occupies 1.23km2 in the 9.3km2 of Macao. The World Heritage Committee recommends that the Government of the State party coordinate the development of Macao World Heritage and the overall planning of the city. Macao World Heritage is mainly characterized by the blending of port cities and Chinese and Western cultures. The key point of protecting the world heritage of "Macao Historical City" and coordinating it with the overall development of Macao lies in ensuring the survival and inheritance of these two characteristics. The promulgation and implementation of Macao Urban Planning Law provides the basis and guarantee for the above protection and coordination work. Specific implementation, we should pay special attention to some nodes, elements and mutual correlation.
