【摘要】：天然氣是綠色、高效的能源,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和居民生活中應(yīng)用日益廣泛。天然氣日負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)有助于科學(xué)合理地進(jìn)行供應(yīng)調(diào)配,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)于實(shí)際工作具有重要參考價(jià)值。該文采用支持向量機(jī)方法對(duì)華北某城市的燃?xì)鈱?shí)際日負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,建立了城市燃?xì)馊肇?fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)模型。討論了影響燃?xì)馊肇?fù)荷變化的若干主要因素及其對(duì)燃?xì)庳?fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)建模的影響,分析了數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)則化方法對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)模型準(zhǔn)確性的影響。該文建立的模型,對(duì)于全年負(fù)荷的預(yù)測(cè)誤差小于5%;對(duì)于供暖期負(fù)荷的預(yù)測(cè)誤差約為2%,結(jié)果較好。該文對(duì)建模影響因素和預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的討論,對(duì)類似問題有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Natural gas is a green and efficient energy source, which is widely used in industrial production and residents' life. The daily load forecasting of natural gas is helpful to supply and allocate scientifically and reasonably, and the prediction results have important reference value for practical work. In this paper, the actual daily load data of gas in a city in North China are analyzed by using support vector machine (SVM) method, and the daily load forecasting model of urban gas is established. Some main factors affecting the daily load change of gas and their influence on the modeling of gas load forecasting are discussed, and the influence of data regularization method on the accuracy of the prediction model is analyzed. The prediction error of the model in this paper is less than 5% for the annual load and about 2% for the heating period, and the results are good. This paper discusses the influencing factors of modeling and prediction accuracy, and has certain reference significance for similar problems.
