W公司管道工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與改進(jìn)

【摘要】:管道工程是指建設(shè)輸送油品、天然氣和固體料漿的管道的工程。包括管道線路工程、站庫(kù)工程和管道附屬工程,廣義上還包括器材和設(shè)備供應(yīng)。工程質(zhì)量管理是指工程建設(shè)單位為使工程質(zhì)量得到保證,使用質(zhì)量管理方法、手段和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所進(jìn)行的系統(tǒng)管理活動(dòng)。管道工程是當(dāng)前城市規(guī)劃和建設(shè)過(guò)程中的重要組成部分,是為居民提供生存和生活方便的公共建筑工程。在市政工程建筑的過(guò)程中,管道是施工中的重點(diǎn),是保證人們健康生活良好進(jìn)行的前提。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)W公司管道工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了分析研究,指出了W公司管道工程質(zhì)量管理存在的外部環(huán)境問(wèn)題及內(nèi)部管理問(wèn)題。外部環(huán)境問(wèn)題包括管道建設(shè)受環(huán)境因素的影響問(wèn)題和管道工程建設(shè)對(duì)環(huán)境的影響問(wèn)題。內(nèi)部管理問(wèn)題具體包括四方面的問(wèn)題:(1)工程管道施工前的質(zhì)量控制不到位;(2)管道開(kāi)挖回填質(zhì)量控制不到位;(3)管道安裝的質(zhì)量管理不嚴(yán)格;(4)管道焊接質(zhì)量控制不完善。針對(duì)分析中提出的問(wèn)題,給出了W公司管道工程質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題的改進(jìn)措施。針對(duì)W公司管道工程質(zhì)量管理外部環(huán)境問(wèn)題,要做到在管道工程建設(shè)前對(duì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行科學(xué)調(diào)查,制定有序的施工計(jì)劃。同時(shí),根據(jù)施工中面臨的不同環(huán)境問(wèn)題,采取相對(duì)應(yīng)的措施。針對(duì)W公司管道工程質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)部管理問(wèn)題,可以采取以下具體措施:(1)加強(qiáng)工程管道施工前的質(zhì)量控制;(2)加強(qiáng)管道開(kāi)挖回填質(zhì)量控制;(3)加強(qiáng)管道安裝的質(zhì)量管理;(4)完善管道焊接質(zhì)量控制體系。 此外,本文又以W公司天然氣管道工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制為例并結(jié)合前文對(duì)W公司管道工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中存在的問(wèn)題及其措施的研究進(jìn)行深入分析,給出了合理的實(shí)施策略。本文的研究對(duì)W公司管道工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的完善和改進(jìn)具有極大的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)保障W公司在管道工程的施工質(zhì)量,提高市政建設(shè)質(zhì)量和使用壽命具有重大的意義。
[Abstract]:Pipeline engineering refers to the construction of pipelines transporting oil, natural gas and solid slurry. It includes pipeline works, station storehouse works and piping ancillary works, and broadly also includes supplies of equipment and equipment. Engineering quality management refers to the system management activities carried out by engineering construction units in order to ensure the quality of the project and use quality management methods, means and standards. Pipeline engineering is an important part of the current urban planning and construction process. It is a public building project to provide the residents with the convenience of survival and life. In the process of municipal engineering construction, pipeline is the key point in construction, and is the premise to ensure people's healthy life. This paper analyzes and studies the quality management of W company pipeline engineering project, and points out the external environment problems and internal management problems of W company pipeline engineering quality management. The external environmental problems include the influence of environmental factors on pipeline construction and the influence of pipeline construction on environment. The internal management problems include four aspects: (1) the quality control of pipeline before construction is not in place; (2) the quality control of pipeline excavation backfill is not in place; (3) the quality management of pipeline installation is not strict; (4) the welding quality control of pipeline is not perfect. In view of the problems raised in the analysis, the improvement measures for the quality management of pipeline engineering in W Company are given. In view of the external environment problems of pipeline engineering quality management in W company, it is necessary to investigate the environment scientifically and make an orderly construction plan before the construction of pipeline engineering. At the same time, according to the different environmental problems in the construction, take the corresponding measures. In view of the internal management of pipeline quality in W company, the following concrete measures can be taken: (1) strengthening the quality control before the construction of the engineering pipeline, (2) strengthening the quality control of pipeline excavation backfill, and (2) strengthening the quality control of pipeline excavation backfill. (3) strengthen the quality management of pipeline installation; (4) perfect the quality control system of pipeline welding. In addition, taking the quality control of gas pipeline project in W Company as an example and combining with the research on the problems and measures in the project quality management of W Company's pipeline project, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in W Company's pipeline project quality management, and puts forward a reasonable implementation strategy. The research in this paper is of great guiding significance to the improvement and improvement of the quality management of the pipeline project in W Company. It is of great significance to guarantee the construction quality of W Company in the pipeline project and to improve the quality and service life of municipal construction.
