不同養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下水泥基材料的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:對于不同水膠比的水泥基材料,使用壓汞法研究了其在飽水養(yǎng)護(hù)和密封養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的特征.結(jié)果表明:養(yǎng)護(hù)條件對水泥基材料的孔徑分布影響明顯.與飽水養(yǎng)護(hù)相比,密封養(yǎng)護(hù)能顯著增加RⅢ區(qū)間(100~1 000nm)的孔隙含量(質(zhì)量體積),降低RⅠ區(qū)間(10nm)的孔隙含量;密封養(yǎng)護(hù)會降低水泥基材料的比表面積,增加凈漿的孔隙率(體積分?jǐn)?shù)),但對砂漿孔隙率的影響較不明顯.膠凝材料中的磨細(xì)高爐礦渣(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為65%)和硅粉(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%)不能完全抑制孔隙自干燥導(dǎo)致的孔隙連通作用.
