高校校園綠地使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),大學(xué)校園建設(shè)掀起熱潮,由于普遍缺乏對(duì)使用者需求的充分尊重和認(rèn)識(shí),導(dǎo)致建成校園綠地的實(shí)際效用不夠理想。近年來(lái),,大量使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)研究針對(duì)建成環(huán)境,研究主體對(duì)象大多是城市廣場(chǎng)、城市公園等,而針對(duì)校園綠地也逐漸增多,然而,有關(guān)使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)(P.O.E)評(píng)價(jià)方法鮮有涉獵。 本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外高校綠地建設(shè)研究和使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)研究基礎(chǔ)上,將高校校園綠地使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)作為研究對(duì)象,開(kāi)展對(duì)高校校園綠地使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)方法探析,對(duì)高校校園綠地使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn)、評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)旨趣、研究層次和其他一些基本問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者還以南京林業(yè)大學(xué)校園新莊校區(qū)校園綠地例,開(kāi)展使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)研究,涉及了綜合性評(píng)價(jià)和焦點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)兩類中的滿意度評(píng)價(jià)和使用方式評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)中綜合運(yùn)用交叉集算法(Crosstab)、解釋型結(jié)構(gòu)模型(Interpretive Structural Model,ISM)、層次分析法(AnalyticHierarchy Process, AHP法)、1-9標(biāo)度法和1-5標(biāo)度法等,采取定性與定量相結(jié)合評(píng)價(jià)方法,建立了南京林業(yè)大學(xué)校園新莊校區(qū)校園綠地使用狀況滿意度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,形成了多因素、多層次綜合排序的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將該評(píng)價(jià)模型應(yīng)用到南京林業(yè)大學(xué)校園新莊校區(qū)校園綠地使用狀況滿意度評(píng)價(jià)中去。 本文采用理論和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,力使研究具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用意義,在研究方法上對(duì)校園綠地將有所裨益,研究也采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,力求評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的科學(xué)合理性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of university campus has set off an upsurge. Due to the general lack of full respect and understanding of the needs of users, the actual effect of building green space on campus is not ideal. In recent years, a large number of use of evaluation research aimed at the built-up environment, most of the subjects are urban squares, urban parks, and so on, but also for the campus green space gradually increased, however, There are few methods to evaluate the use status assessment (P.O.E). On the basis of summarizing the research on the green space construction and the evaluation of the use of green space in colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper takes the evaluation of the use of green space in colleges and universities as the research object and analyzes the methods of evaluating the use of green space in colleges and In this paper, the connotation and characteristics, content, purport, research level and other basic problems of the evaluation of the use of green space on the campus of colleges and universities are discussed. On this basis, the author also takes the example of campus green space of Xinzhuang Campus of Nanjing Forestry University to carry out the evaluation research of the use condition, which involves the evaluation of satisfaction degree and the evaluation of use mode in the two kinds of comprehensive evaluation and focus evaluation. The cross set algorithm (Crosstab), interpreted structural model (Interpretive Structural Model,ISM), the analytic hierarchy process (AnalyticHierarchy Process, AHP), the 1 ~ (9) scale method and the 1 ~ (5) scale method are used in the evaluation, and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods are adopted. The evaluation index system of satisfaction degree of green space use in Xinzhuang campus of Nanjing Forestry University is established, and a multi-factor and multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system is formed. The evaluation model was applied to evaluate the satisfaction degree of green space use in Xinzhuang campus of Nanjing Forestry University. In this paper, the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, the strength of the research has practical significance, in terms of research methods will be beneficial to the campus green space, the research also uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, Try to evaluate the scientific rationality of the results.
