【摘要】：首先介紹了英國配額地的概念,對(duì)其產(chǎn)生背景和發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,總結(jié)了英國配額地的歷史發(fā)展與演變特征。然后以紐卡斯?fàn)柺袨槔?研究了該市配額地目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,透視了配額地發(fā)展背后的制度設(shè)計(jì)及配套機(jī)制。最后基于英國配額地發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合目前我國部分城市出現(xiàn)的菜地問題,探討了英國配額地對(duì)于我國的借鑒之處。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the concept of British quota land is introduced, its background and development process are expounded and analyzed, and the historical development and evolution characteristics of British quota land are summarized. Then, taking Newcastle City as an example, this paper studies the current situation of the development of quota land in Newcastle City, and probes into the system design and supporting mechanism behind the development of quota land. Finally, based on the experience of the development of British quota land and the problems of vegetable land in some cities of our country at present, this paper probes into the reference of British quota land for our country.
