【摘要】：廬山是我國(guó)著名的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)和避暑勝地，也是我國(guó)諸多名山中少有的山上有“城”的名山之一。牯嶺街就是這座“城”的核心，它歷經(jīng)百年變遷，服務(wù)對(duì)象從中外近現(xiàn)代政治要人，，再到中外游客與中外牯嶺鎮(zhèn)居民，是向世界展示廬山作為世界文化景觀最為典型的窗口之一。但是，長(zhǎng)期以來由于缺乏系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)規(guī)劃與管理控制，多年來牯嶺街的開發(fā)大多僅從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益出發(fā)，忽視了對(duì)中外優(yōu)秀文化傳統(tǒng)的繼承和發(fā)掘，牯嶺街臨街建筑基本處于無序且風(fēng)格雜亂的狀態(tài)。 1996年廬山作為“世界文化景觀”列入《世界遺產(chǎn)名錄》。此后，廬山管理局為了更好地保護(hù)具有廬山地域特色的世界文化景觀，積極帶動(dòng)旅游業(yè)向高層次發(fā)展，從2000年開始啟動(dòng)了一系列針對(duì)廬山牯嶺街地區(qū)的專項(xiàng)保護(hù)更新，并于2010年完成了廬山牯嶺街臨街建筑立面改造工程。十年間，廬山牯嶺街的建筑風(fēng)貌與街道景觀得到了大幅度的改善與提高。 本文以廬山牯嶺街臨街建筑保護(hù)與更新的實(shí)踐案例為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外保護(hù)更新的理論、案例進(jìn)行梳理，對(duì)廬山牯嶺街的形成背景、發(fā)展概況以及建筑文脈進(jìn)行深入探究，以此作為論文的研究基礎(chǔ)；接著從牯嶺街臨街建筑保護(hù)更新的背景、歷程與案例分析等方面切入，對(duì)牯嶺街臨街建筑的保護(hù)更新進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析；隨后從模式、原則、整體建筑風(fēng)貌與單體建筑等角度對(duì)本案例中保護(hù)與更新的方法、對(duì)策進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)深入剖析；最后引入使用后評(píng)價(jià)，運(yùn)用后評(píng)價(jià)的四種實(shí)施方法對(duì)案例的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行整體評(píng)價(jià)，進(jìn)而總結(jié)案例的啟示與局限，以期對(duì)廬山牯嶺街的后續(xù)研究及持續(xù)性保護(hù)更新提供參考意見，并嘗試從一個(gè)側(cè)面，探尋我國(guó)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的商業(yè)文化街保護(hù)更新的一些或許具有普遍價(jià)值的方法、觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Mount Lushan is one of the famous scenic spots and summer resorts in China, and it is also one of the famous mountains with "city" in many famous mountains of our country. Guling Street is the core of this "city". After a hundred years of change, it serves Chinese and foreign modern political dignitaries, Chinese and foreign tourists and Chinese and foreign residents of Guling Town. Is to show the world Lushan as one of the most typical window of the world cultural landscape. However, for a long time, due to the lack of systematic construction planning and management control, the development of Guling Street for many years is mostly based on economic benefits, ignoring the inheritance and excavation of outstanding cultural traditions at home and abroad. Guling Street buildings are basically in a disorderly and disorderly style. In 1996, Lushan was listed on the World Heritage list as the World Cultural Landscape. Since then, in order to better protect the world cultural landscape with the regional characteristics of Lushan and actively promote the development of tourism to a higher level, the Lushan Administration has initiated a series of special protection updates for the Guling Street area of Lushan since 2000. And completed in 2010 Lushan Guling Street street facade reconstruction project. During the past ten years, the architectural features and street landscape of Guling Street in Lushan Mountain have been greatly improved. This article takes the practice case of building protection and renewal in Guling Street of Lushan Mountain as the object of study. Firstly, it combs the theory and case of protection renewal at home and abroad, and gives the background of the formation of Guling Street in Lushan Mountain. The general situation of the development and the architectural context of the in-depth exploration, as the research basis of the paper; Then from the background, the course and the case analysis of the renewal of building protection in Guling Street, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the protection renewal of the Street Building in Guling Street. Then from the point of view of mode, principle, whole architectural style and single building, this paper analyzes the methods of protection and renewal in this case, and the countermeasures in detail. Finally, we introduce the post-use evaluation, and use the four implementation methods of post-evaluation to evaluate the implementation effect of the case as a whole, and then summarize the enlightenment and limitation of the case. In order to provide a reference for the follow-up study and continuous protection renewal of Guling Street in Lushan Mountain, this paper tries to explore some methods and points of view which may be of universal value in the protection and renewal of commercial and cultural streets in scenic spots in China.
