【摘要】：以蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)為例,將開發(fā)區(qū)主導(dǎo)下的蘇南鄉(xiāng)村空間演化劃分為前開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代、開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代和后開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代三個(gè)階段,并對(duì)各個(gè)階段的鄉(xiāng)村空間分異特征及其驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制進(jìn)行解析。分析發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)改革開放以來,蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村空間呈現(xiàn)出兩種轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢(shì),即鄉(xiāng)村空間向城市空間轉(zhuǎn)型、生產(chǎn)空間向消費(fèi)空間轉(zhuǎn)型;(2)前開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代,其空間重構(gòu)由鄉(xiāng)村自下而上驅(qū)動(dòng);開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代,由政府主導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)輔助;后開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代,則是由市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo),政府輔助,政府主導(dǎo)的鄉(xiāng)村空間轉(zhuǎn)型雖能快速實(shí)現(xiàn)城市化,但也有其缺陷;后開發(fā)區(qū)時(shí)代,空間作為稀缺資源應(yīng)由市場(chǎng)來配置。
[Abstract]:Taking Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, the evolution of rural space in southern Jiangsu under the guidance of the development zone is divided into three stages: the pre-development zone era, the development zone era and the post-development zone era. And the characteristics of rural spatial differentiation and its driving mechanism in each stage are analyzed. It is found that: (1) since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the rural space of Suzhou Industrial Park has shown two transition trends, that is, the transformation of rural space to urban space, and the transformation of production space to consumption space; (2) in the pre-development zone era, its space reconstruction was driven by the bottom-up of the countryside, and the development zone era was dominated by the government and assisted by the market. In the post-development zone era, the transformation of rural space, which is dominated by the market and assisted by the government, can achieve rapid urbanization, but also has its shortcomings; in the post-development zone era, space should be allocated by the market as a scarce resource.
