螺栓桿應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)的研究

【摘要】:螺栓球節(jié)點(diǎn)栓桿上的應(yīng)力集中是導(dǎo)致栓桿發(fā)生疲勞破壞的主要原因。該文通過理論推導(dǎo)及數(shù)值分析的方法研究了螺栓桿的應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)。在忽略螺紋升角的情況下,根據(jù)變形協(xié)調(diào)條件研究了螺栓桿的軸力梯度變化,采用數(shù)值計算確定常用螺栓球的螺紋位移系數(shù)及螺紋力計算公式。采用局部建模,通過迭代計算的方法確定螺栓桿應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)。與完整模型的計算結(jié)果比較表明該方法的計算結(jié)果具有較高的精度,且計算效率高。
[Abstract]:The stress concentration on bolt rod is the main cause of fatigue failure of bolt rod. In this paper, the stress concentration factor of bolt rod is studied by means of theoretical derivation and numerical analysis. The variation of axial force gradient of bolt rod is studied according to the deformation coordination condition and the screw displacement coefficient and thread force calculation formula of common bolt ball are determined by numerical calculation under the condition of neglecting the thread lift angle. Using local modeling, the stress concentration factor of bolt rod is determined by iterative calculation method. Compared with the results of the complete model, it is shown that the proposed method has high accuracy and high efficiency.
