【摘要】：保障性住宅的建設與我國中低收入居民的生活密切相連。為了保障中低收入居民的住居生活，我國計劃用五年的時間建造3600萬套保障性住宅。住宅工業(yè)化建造以現(xiàn)代化的科學技術手段為基礎，運用先進集中的、規(guī)�；a的方式建造住宅，取代原有的落后手工業(yè)生產方式。住宅工業(yè)化建造的目的是在最短的時間內，用最少的勞動力與最合理的價格建造出適合居民使用要求的住宅。 本文將保障性住宅與住宅工業(yè)化建造結合，提出保障性工業(yè)化建造住宅的概念，并且提出其存在的主要問題：形態(tài)單一以及不能滿足動態(tài)化與個性化住居需求。為了使這些問題得到合理而充分的解決，本文引入了開放建筑理論。在對開放建筑理論發(fā)展演變進行論述之后，以層級、分級決策、容量、住戶參與以及互相分離的支撐體與填充體為切入點對開放建筑理論進行了分析，然后依據開放建筑理論，探討了我國保障性住宅工業(yè)化建造在形態(tài)多樣性和空間適應性兩個方面的設計策略。 在形態(tài)多樣性方面，主要從住宅社區(qū)和填充體兩個層級展開討論。在住宅社區(qū)層級，主要對住宅社區(qū)的邊界、建筑群體布局以及景觀進行了探討；在填充體層級，主要探討了首層空間、屋頂、陽臺的形態(tài)多樣化設計策略。 在空間適應性方面，，主要從支撐體和填充體兩個層級展開討論。在支撐體層級，通過對空間帶、空間段、基本布局、擴展布局等相關要素的搭接，構建了三種代表性支撐體——縱深型支撐體、短淺型支撐體以及橫向型支撐體；在填充體層級，以房間的適應性與靈活墻的設計為切入點，提出了住宅空間適應性的設計策略。然后在支撐體與填充體的組合方面，對組合的基礎以及組合的發(fā)展進行了研究。
[Abstract]:The construction of the affordable housing is closely related to the living of low-and middle-income residents in our country. In order to guarantee the living of low-and middle-income residents, we plan to build 36 million supportability houses over a period of five years. The industrial construction of the house is based on the modern scientific and technological means, and uses the advanced centralized and large-scale production method to build the house to replace the old and backward handicraft production mode. The purpose of the industrial construction of the house is to build a housing that is suitable for the use of the residents at the most reasonable price in the shortest time.
