【摘要】:在相似地質(zhì)條件下,與體量相似、荷載大小相近的常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)形式的高層建筑相比,大底盤高層建筑平均沉降量大幅減少;竣工后的后期沉降占總沉降量比例小,一般不超過20%;沉降穩(wěn)定時(shí)間短,通?⒐ず1年左右沉降即達(dá)到穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)高層建筑撓曲值不超過0.2‰,且筏板的抗裂度大于或等于2時(shí),高層下筏板可僅考慮局部彎矩作用,整體彎矩可通過構(gòu)造措施處理;高層建筑撓曲值超過0.2‰,或筏板的抗裂度小于2時(shí),筏板須考慮整體彎矩作用。
