【摘要】：江南水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)圍繞旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的差異化發(fā)展是必然的趨勢(shì)。目前江南水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展由于相互之間的模仿,未能很好的挖掘自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)與特點(diǎn),造成存在嚴(yán)重的同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的現(xiàn)象,表現(xiàn)為雷同化的旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、單一化的旅游項(xiàng)目,嚴(yán)重制約了江南水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展,從長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展來看,江南水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)只有差異化發(fā)展,才能取得更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。論文首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于古鎮(zhèn)差異化發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究綜述,并總結(jié)了國外可借鑒的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其次從主客觀兩方面分析了造成江南水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)雷同化發(fā)展的原因,并從宏觀、中觀到微觀層面,提取出包括古鎮(zhèn)的交通環(huán)境差異、外部環(huán)境差異以及自身構(gòu)成差異等差異化發(fā)展因子,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合城市規(guī)劃層面包括總體規(guī)劃、旅游專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃、城市設(shè)計(jì)等對(duì)古鎮(zhèn)的引導(dǎo),包括確定城鎮(zhèn)性質(zhì)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整空間布局、風(fēng)貌保護(hù)、交通、景觀等方面,提出了古鎮(zhèn)差異化發(fā)展應(yīng)該以保護(hù)和可持續(xù)為前提,以彰顯特色、市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向等為原則,以特色化發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的發(fā)展策略。最后論文以昆山南部的周莊鎮(zhèn)、千燈鎮(zhèn)、錦溪鎮(zhèn)三個(gè)古鎮(zhèn)為例,討論它們的差異化發(fā)展的具體方法。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable trend that the ancient town of Jiangnan waterborne town revolves around the differentiated development of tourism industry. At present, due to the imitating of each other, the development of ancient water towns in the south of the Yangtze River has not been able to tap its own advantages and characteristics well, resulting in a serious phenomenon of homogeneous competition, which is manifested in the development of similar tourism products and the single tourism projects. It seriously restricts the development of the ancient water town in the south of the Yangtze River. In view of the long-term development, only the differential development of the ancient town in the southern water town of the Yangtze River can obtain better economic and social benefits. This paper firstly summarizes the relevant theories about the development of ancient town differentiation at home and abroad, and summarizes the development experience that can be used for reference by foreign countries. Secondly, from the subjective and objective aspects, this paper analyzes the causes of the identical development of the ancient towns in Jiangnan Water Township, and extracts the traffic environment differences, including the ancient towns, from the macro, the meso to the micro levels. On the basis of the difference of external environment and the difference of its own composition and so on, combining with the urban planning level, including the overall planning, the tourism special planning, the urban design and so on, the guide to the ancient town, including the determination of the nature of the town, To optimize the industrial structure, adjust the space layout, protect the style and features, traffic, landscape and so on, the paper points out that the differential development of ancient towns should be based on the premise of protection and sustainability, on the principle of showing the characteristics and market orientation, etc. A development strategy aimed at characteristic development. Finally, taking three ancient towns of Zhouzhuang Town, Qiandeng Town and Jinxi Town in the south of Kunshan as examples, the paper discusses the concrete methods of their differential development.
