高層單塔建筑結(jié)構(gòu)選型方案比較研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the maturity of construction technology, various types of structural systems are developing rapidly, and the study of structural selection has been paid more and more attention. With the rising housing prices, people pay attention not only to the quality of houses, but also to their economic performance. Whether it is for investors or individuals, they hope that houses will be good and cheap, and that economic factors will be taken into account. It is urgent to maximize the benefit of structural target in the study of structural selection. In this paper, the development trend and influencing factors of high-rise building structure selection are discussed by taking the typical high-rise single-tower structure of a 20-story structure as an example. This paper puts forward several kinds of structural systems commonly used in the selection of tall building structures and their advantages, disadvantages and applicable scope, and analyzes the main control indexes of the selection of tall building structures, such as horizontal load, axial deformation, lateral displacement, structural ductility, seismic action, etc. Structural ductility, etc. In this paper, three kinds of structural forms, such as pure shear wall structure, frame-core tube structure, which are commonly used in high-rise building selection, are selected. Using this model selection example to compare the cycle, internal force, displacement and other indexes of the three structural forms, and compare and analyze the overall mechanical performance of the structure, and find out the reasonable system which is relatively suitable for the 20-story single tower building. According to the construction drawings of three kinds of structural forms, the Wide-Union budget software is used to calculate the concrete and reinforcement content indexes used in various structural forms, and to analyze and compare the economic performance of various structural forms to select the economic optimum scheme. Considering the three structural systems, the optimal scheme can be found by combining the stress analysis and the economic comprehensive analysis, which makes the economic performance of the structure optimal under the condition of the stress, and provides a reference for the design work of this kind of structure in the future.
