溫度、應變率對地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土抗壓強度的影響

【摘要】:采用自主研制的高溫SHPB試驗系統(tǒng),對高溫條件下地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土的動態(tài)抗壓強度進行了試驗研究。結(jié)果表明:200℃時地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土的動態(tài)抗壓強度較常溫時有所增長,800℃時強度則急劇下降;應變率隨彈速近似線性增長;同一彈速水平下,200~600℃時的應變率與常溫接近,800℃時較常溫提高明顯;高溫條件下,由側(cè)向約束引起的附加應力可以忽略不計,試驗所測得的動態(tài)強度增長因子(DIF)的應變率增強效應反應了材料的本質(zhì)屬性;在30~130 s-1應變率范圍內(nèi),高溫下地質(zhì)聚合物混凝土的DIF與應變率的對數(shù)呈線性關(guān)系,且溫度越高,應變率效應越明顯。
