基于數(shù)理經(jīng)濟學視角的建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】：建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新研究是建筑學理論研究與設(shè)計實踐的重要組成部分。在商品社會向著知識社會轉(zhuǎn)變的大背景下研究建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新，必須理論聯(lián)系實際，研究建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新如何轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟力量以及社會經(jīng)濟力量如何影響建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新。要在經(jīng)濟學中研究建筑學，在建筑學中研究經(jīng)濟學。但令人遺憾的是，對于這一重要領(lǐng)域的研究還不充分。本文正是以此為背景而產(chǎn)生的。 通過相關(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)建筑學與經(jīng)濟學具有良好的相互交叉融合的基礎(chǔ)，建筑學與經(jīng)濟學的交叉性研究可以為建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新提供有益的、更具深度的發(fā)展遠景。以此為基礎(chǔ)，以建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新研究為中心，利用經(jīng)濟學尤其是數(shù)理經(jīng)濟學的相關(guān)方法，重點研究以下四個問題并取得了有益的理論成果： 建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)濟特征。經(jīng)濟特征是研究建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)濟特性和經(jīng)濟價值。建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新活動的經(jīng)濟特性包含經(jīng)濟目的、商品屬性和生產(chǎn)特征。建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的社會經(jīng)濟價值——優(yōu)化配置資源、滿足社會需求、推動行業(yè)發(fā)展、催生新的技術(shù)與發(fā)明、固化人類的文明（豐富經(jīng)濟軟環(huán)境）。這為進一步深入理解建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新提供了新的視角和解釋。 建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)生機制。產(chǎn)生機制是研究建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境與條件。通過研究建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境因素（社會需求與供給，思想與科技變化的影響，個體性動力，與政治經(jīng)濟制度、市場及服務(wù)，以及與經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)、環(huán)境資源的關(guān)系），，并歸納、提煉以上因素提出了建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生的數(shù)理模型，應(yīng)用這些理論和模型可以切實可行、科學理性地探研一定社會區(qū)域中建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)生能力和提高改進的方向。 建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的策略。創(chuàng)新策略是運用數(shù)理經(jīng)濟學原理尋找新的建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的可能途徑和方向。文章由建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的目的與策略之間的關(guān)系入手，首先分析了建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)濟性目的，以及建筑學中的重要理論問題——建筑要素目的，論證并提出了“空間形象、功能、經(jīng)濟”三個建筑要素，提出并解釋了“建筑效用”這一概念。以此為基礎(chǔ)，通過對建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的重要問題——“適合”的研究，提出了“適合”就是在建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新中建筑效用與設(shè)計手段的適合，為這一問題提供了新的、更進一步的解釋；并且借鑒經(jīng)濟學的一般均衡框架運用數(shù)理分析的方法推導建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新要素適合狀態(tài)的存在，并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了“建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新適合策略”，為建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新提供了新的方法與可能途徑。 建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的應(yīng)用。研究現(xiàn)實應(yīng)用是為了揭示實現(xiàn)建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新所面臨的現(xiàn)實經(jīng)濟環(huán)境及經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)實復雜性。針對創(chuàng)新策略的應(yīng)用，研究了在實際設(shè)計中影響建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)實，重點歸納研究了：創(chuàng)新風險、經(jīng)濟外部性、創(chuàng)新交流、選擇機制（公共選擇機制與民主參與機制）、信息不對稱（預(yù)期效用、有限理性、信號作用）五個方面，并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了影響建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用的數(shù)理模型，為建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的理論與實踐相結(jié)合提供了現(xiàn)實可行性。 在經(jīng)濟社會中，建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新與經(jīng)濟有著密切的關(guān)系，發(fā)現(xiàn)并研究這些顯性或隱性的關(guān)聯(lián)性，再運用科學理性的方式加以探討和表達，對于建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的進一步深入探研十分重要，對于建筑設(shè)計創(chuàng)新理論與實踐的結(jié)合也是非常重要的。在建筑學與經(jīng)濟學交集的這一領(lǐng)域相關(guān)研究不很充分的情況下，本文跨出了探索性的一步。
