軸心受壓焊接H形鋼短柱高溫下局部穩(wěn)定性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究Q235和Q460軸心受壓焊接H形鋼短柱高溫下的局部穩(wěn)定性能,采用恒溫加載方式分別對6個Q235和6個(Q.460軸心受壓焊接H形鋼短柱試件進行常溫和高溫下的局部穩(wěn)定性能試驗,得到了常溫和450、650℃下試件的翼緣和腹板局部穩(wěn)定破壞形態(tài),根據極限應變法和曲線拐點法確定試件在常溫和高溫下的臨界荷載。采用我國現(xiàn)行《鋼結構設計規(guī)范》和已有文獻中關于局部穩(wěn)定的計算方法計算試件的局部穩(wěn)定臨界應力,并和試驗結果進行對比。研究表明:試件在高溫下和常溫下的破壞形態(tài)基本相同;與常溫下局部屈曲承載力相比,高溫下Q460高強鋼試件的局部屈曲承載力較Q235普通鋼試件下降幅度大;采用規(guī)范公式計算高溫下焊接H形鋼短柱翼緣和腹板的局部穩(wěn)定臨界應力與試驗結果差別較大。
