鉻渣-頁巖燒結(jié)磚的制備工藝研究

【摘要】:測試分析了鉻渣和頁巖的礦物組成、化學(xué)成分,并把鉻渣摻入到頁巖中制備燒結(jié)磚。實驗研究了鉻渣與頁巖的配比及其燒成制度對燒結(jié)制品性能(抗壓強(qiáng)度、體積密度、燒結(jié)線收縮率和吸水率)的影響,測定了鉻渣-頁巖燒結(jié)磚浸出液中重金屬元素(Ba,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,As,Cd和Co)的含量,并利用X射線衍射儀和掃描電子顯微鏡對燒結(jié)制品進(jìn)行微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析。通過單因素實驗確定了鉻渣-頁巖燒結(jié)磚的最佳制備條件:鉻渣摻入量為7%,燒結(jié)溫度為900~1 000℃,保溫時間為4h。
[Abstract]:The mineral composition and chemical composition of chromium slag and shale were tested and analyzed, and chromium slag was mixed into shale to prepare sintered brick. The effects of the ratio of chromium slag and shale and its sintering system on the properties of sintered products (compressive strength, volume density, shrinkage of sintering line and water absorption) were studied experimentally. The heavy metal elements (Ba,Cr,) in leaching solution of chromium slag and shale sintered brick were determined. The content of Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,As,Cd and Co, and the microstructure of the sintered products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The optimum preparation conditions of chromium slag and shale sintered brick were determined by single factor experiment. The content of chromium slag was 7%, sintering temperature was 900n 1 000 鈩,
