【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造與創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園相結(jié)合是適應(yīng)新時(shí)代發(fā)展的重要研究論題,這不僅為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造方向提供有益的參考,對(duì)促進(jìn)城市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)城市舊工業(yè)區(qū)復(fù)興,產(chǎn)生區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等都具有重要的意義。我國(guó)在面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造中積累了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),但目前較多的研究停留在平面媒體對(duì)于面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造個(gè)案的報(bào)道上,缺乏深入的理論分析和系統(tǒng)的案例比較。 本文選取了我國(guó)面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造三個(gè)典型的案例：北京798藝術(shù)區(qū)、上海8號(hào)橋創(chuàng)意園和上海同樂(lè)坊,對(duì)其進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,先是從共性的角度對(duì)三個(gè)案例中的改造手法進(jìn)行了總結(jié),分為功能置換、設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格、空間改造、結(jié)構(gòu)改造、構(gòu)造改造和設(shè)施改造幾個(gè)方面。再?gòu)膫�(gè)性的角度對(duì)三個(gè)案例中改造手法的這幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過(guò)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)了三個(gè)案例中工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造手法自身的特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而結(jié)合國(guó)外優(yōu)秀改造案例對(duì)我國(guó)面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造提出普適性意見(jiàn)。 本文通過(guò)面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造案例的研究,以求豐富該領(lǐng)域工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造手法的理論總結(jié),并能通過(guò)案例對(duì)比揭示案例改造手法的特點(diǎn)和不足。同時(shí)拋磚引玉,為我國(guó)面向創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The combination of industrial heritage reconstruction and creative industrial park is an important research topic to adapt to the development of new era, which not only provides a useful reference for the direction of industrial heritage transformation, but also promotes the development of urban cultural and creative industries and promotes the revival of old urban industrial zones. It is of great significance to produce regional economic benefits. In our country, we have accumulated some theoretical basis and practical experience in the reconstruction of industrial heritage for creative industrial parks. However, at present, more researches remain in the print media on the case of industrial heritage reconstruction for creative industrial parks. Lack of in-depth theoretical analysis and systematic case comparison. This paper selects three typical cases of industrial heritage reconstruction for creative industrial parks in China: Beijing 798 Art District, Shanghai No.8 Bridge Creative Park and Shanghai Tongle Square. First, from the general point of view, the transformation techniques in three cases are summarized, including functional replacement, design style, space transformation, structural transformation and facility transformation. From the angle of personality, this paper compares these aspects of the transformation techniques in the three cases, and finds out the characteristics and existing problems of the industrial heritage reconstruction techniques in the three cases. Combined with foreign excellent transformation cases, this paper puts forward general suggestions on the innovation of industrial heritage oriented to creative industrial parks in our country. In order to enrich the theoretical summary of industrial heritage transformation techniques in this field and to reveal the characteristics and shortcomings of the case transformation techniques through the case study of industrial heritage reconstruction for creative industrial parks this paper attempts to enrich the theoretical summary of the industrial heritage transformation techniques in this field. At the same time, offer the experience and lessons for the innovation of the industrial heritage facing the creative industry park.
