【摘要】：灞橋區(qū)位于西安市東部，區(qū)域內(nèi)灞、mP、渭三河交匯常流，自然風(fēng)景優(yōu)美，生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)良，人文景觀豐富。資源廣博，適宜居住。帝景公園高層住宅小區(qū)會(huì)所項(xiàng)目基地位于西安市灞橋區(qū)行政管轄范圍內(nèi)，整體位于紡渭路東側(cè)，灞科路北側(cè)。 社區(qū)會(huì)所是在居住區(qū)內(nèi)包涵物質(zhì)、文化和生活的一種建筑形式。一方面，居住區(qū)會(huì)所內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)目、功能的原型來(lái)自于康樂(lè)建筑，同時(shí)又包含有滿足居民物質(zhì)生活需求的設(shè)施；另一方面，它隨著所從屬的物業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的特征呈現(xiàn)出多樣化，，有著自身的內(nèi)在規(guī)律，是以所在居民為主要服務(wù)對(duì)象的綜合性服務(wù)設(shè)施。社區(qū)會(huì)所的建設(shè)，對(duì)構(gòu)筑優(yōu)秀的居住環(huán)境有重要作用。因此，本論文通過(guò)參與灞橋區(qū)帝景公園會(huì)所設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，對(duì)城市居住區(qū)會(huì)所設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究，探索設(shè)計(jì)滿足居住區(qū)居民物質(zhì)和精神需求的城市居住區(qū)會(huì)所。 本論文擬以方案報(bào)告形式展開(kāi)，以參與西安灞橋區(qū)帝景公園高層住宅小區(qū)會(huì)所建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)中全過(guò)程為背景，以整個(gè)項(xiàng)目從立項(xiàng)到施工圖設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)過(guò)程為論述主線，其中包括記述該項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)和思考過(guò)程，包括設(shè)計(jì)概念、方案設(shè)計(jì)和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段。文章按著設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程分為三個(gè)部分。首先，根據(jù)社區(qū)會(huì)所的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)相似規(guī)模的居住區(qū)會(huì)所建筑進(jìn)行調(diào)研，通過(guò)分析研究和實(shí)例論證，總結(jié)當(dāng)前小區(qū)會(huì)所建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題。隨后，記述了西安灞橋區(qū)帝景公園高層住宅小區(qū)會(huì)所方案設(shè)計(jì)的遞進(jìn)過(guò)程，包括最初的構(gòu)思意向到設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定。最后，是本項(xiàng)目的施工圖設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中會(huì)所建筑遵循的一般原則和設(shè)計(jì)方法作了簡(jiǎn)短的總結(jié)，從而為當(dāng)今城市居住區(qū)會(huì)所的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒，使會(huì)所設(shè)計(jì)更加符合社區(qū)居民的物質(zhì)和精神需求，創(chuàng)造良好的社區(qū)居住環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Baqiao District is located in the eastern part of Xi'an City. It is located in the eastern part of Xi'an, and the natural scenery is beautiful, the ecological environment is good, and the humanistic landscape is abundant. The resources are extensive and suitable for living. Dijing Park high-rise residential district clubhouse project base located in Xi'an Baqiao District administrative jurisdiction, the whole is located on the east side of Wei Road, Bake Road north side. Community clubhouses are a form of architecture that embraces material, cultural, and life in the residential area. On the one hand, each project within the residential clubhouse has its function prototype from Kang Le's building, and at the same time it contains facilities to meet the residents' material needs; on the other hand, it is diversified with the characteristics of the property development projects to which it belongs. Has its own inherent law, is the resident as the main service object of comprehensive service facilities. The construction of community clubhouse plays an important role in building excellent living environment. Therefore, through participating in the design process of Dijing Park clubhouse in Baqiao district, this paper studies the design of urban residential clubhouse, and explores the design of urban residential clubhouse which can meet the material and spiritual needs of residential residents. This thesis is to be carried out in the form of project report, with the background of participating in the whole process of building scheme design and construction drawing design in the high-rise residential district of Dijing Park in Baqiao District, Xi'an. The whole process from project establishment to construction drawing design is taken as the main line, which includes describing the design and thinking process of the project, including the design concept, scheme design and construction drawing design stage. According to the design process, the article is divided into three parts. First of all, according to the development of community clubhouse, the similar scale of residential clubhouse building research, through analysis and demonstration, summed up the current community clubhouse construction problems. Then, the paper describes the progressive process of the club scheme design in Dijing Park, Xi'an Baqiao District, including the initial conception intention and the determination of the design scheme. Finally, it is the construction drawing design of the project. A brief summary of the general principles and design methods followed in the design process of clubhouse building is made, which provides reference for the design of clubhouse in urban residential areas today, and makes the design of clubhouse more suitable for the material and spiritual needs of the residents of the community. Create a good community living environment.
