【摘要】：隨著老齡化社會(huì)的加劇，人口結(jié)構(gòu)悄然變化，這種人口變化已經(jīng)在各個(gè)方面對(duì)個(gè)人、社區(qū)、國(guó)家和國(guó)際環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響，并且使人類的每一方面包括社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、心理和精神上產(chǎn)生了變化。目前老齡社會(huì)下居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)主要滿足大眾群體的需求，對(duì)環(huán)境使用頻率最高的老年人來(lái)說(shuō)還是存在諸多不便，服務(wù)于老年人的細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)更是相對(duì)偏少。 文章通過(guò)研究和分析社會(huì)老齡化的背景、居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的理論、以及老年人的需求，指出老齡社會(huì)下居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)需落實(shí)在細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)上，而細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)又源于老年人生理需求和心理需求兩部分的分析。與老年人生理需求相比，細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)中提出的關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)更側(cè)重于對(duì)老年人心理需求的滿足。另一方面，，文章第三章提出居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)提倡融合各個(gè)群體的特征，淡化老年人老的平等性設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)，在第五章中，通過(guò)基于老齡社會(huì)的居住區(qū)環(huán)境細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)研究與實(shí)際案例分析，論證這一設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)只能讓老年人被動(dòng)的接受這樣的居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)。僅僅被動(dòng)式的關(guān)愛(ài)老年人、幫助老年人，不如通過(guò)居住區(qū)環(huán)境的細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)讓老年人在日常生活中主動(dòng)獲取自助生活的能力，贏得社會(huì)尊重。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging society, the population structure has quietly changed, and this demographic change has had a profound impact on the individual, community, national and international environment in all aspects, and has made every aspect of mankind social, economic and political. Cultural, psychological and spiritual changes have taken place. At present, the environmental design of residential areas under the aging society mainly meets the needs of the masses, but there are still many inconveniences for the elderly who use the highest frequency of the environment, and the detail design for the elderly is relatively less. Based on the research and analysis of the background of the aging society, the theory of the environmental design of the residential area and the needs of the elderly, the paper points out that the environmental design of the residential area under the aging society needs to be carried out in detail. The detailed design comes from the analysis of the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly. Compared with the physiological needs of the elderly, the care design proposed in the detail design focuses more on the satisfaction of the psychological needs of the elderly. On the other hand, the third chapter of the article proposes that the environmental design of residential areas should integrate the characteristics of various groups, and desalinate the characteristics of the old people's equal design. In the fifth chapter, Through the detailed design of residential environment based on the aging society and practical case analysis, it is demonstrated that this design feature can only make the elderly passively accept such residential environment design. It is better to care for the elderly and help them through the detailed design of the residential environment so that the elderly can actively acquire the ability of self-help life in their daily life and win social respect.
