預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的抗震性能及耐久性分析

【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁是常見的一種樁基類別,作為一類深基礎(chǔ)它被大量使用于各類地基處理中。工業(yè)建筑、民用建筑、道路、橋梁等等都能見到預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁的身影。管樁具有工藝簡單、品質(zhì)性能好、生產(chǎn)周期短、制造成本低、檢測方便、可大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)點。但由于預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁不同于普通的實心樁,中空的構(gòu)造,使其力學(xué)特性與普通樁存在差異,在抗震性上表現(xiàn)的最為突出。 本文針對于預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的抗震性運用大型有限元分析軟件ANSYS對地震荷載作用下的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁進行樁—土動力分析,并探討了預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁耐久性的影響因素,對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的耐久性進行分析。本文主要進行了以下工作: 1、總結(jié)了關(guān)于預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁及其抗震性的研究現(xiàn)狀,從樁—土體系的本構(gòu)模型以及樁—土間相互作用的機理出發(fā),探究了樁—土動力作用的本質(zhì)及分析方法。 2、進一步分析樁與土動力作用的機理,利用ANSYS建立單根預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁單樁—土層系統(tǒng)的有限元模型,分析單根預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁地震作用下的響應(yīng)。采用寧河天津波,,考慮約束均為線彈性狀態(tài)、非線性狀態(tài)、半線性半非線性狀態(tài),對在地震荷載下的樁基—土層進行分析對比,從而得到較準確的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的地震響應(yīng)及受力情況。 3、建立預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁樁基群,分別采用三種地震波對管樁樁基群施加影響,對不同地震波作用下的樁基群響應(yīng)、不同地震波加速度下的樁基群響應(yīng)、不同地震波加載方向下的樁基群響應(yīng)、不同地震波頻率下的樁基群響應(yīng)進行分析。 4、考慮氯離子的侵蝕作用及各種主要因素,對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的耐久性進行分析。 論文研究成果可為預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁設(shè)計與處理提供基本的理論支持和數(shù)值驗證,對實際工程具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete pipe pile is a common type of pile foundation. As a kind of deep foundation, it is widely used in all kinds of foundation treatment. Industrial buildings, civil buildings, roads, bridges and so on can see the figure of prestressed pipe pile. The pipe pile has the advantages of simple process, good quality, short production cycle, low manufacturing cost, convenient detection and large scale industrial production. However, the mechanical properties of prestressed pipe pile are different from those of ordinary pile because of its hollow structure, which is different from ordinary solid pile. In this paper, the pile-soil dynamic analysis of prestressed concrete pipe pile under earthquake load is carried out by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the influencing factors of the durability of the prestressed concrete pipe pile are discussed. The durability of prestressed concrete pipe pile is analyzed. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The research status of prestressed concrete pipe pile and its seismic resistance are summarized. The constitutive model of pile-soil system and the mechanism of pile-soil interaction are discussed. The nature and analysis method of pile-soil dynamic action are discussed. 2. The mechanism of dynamic interaction between pile and soil is further analyzed. The finite element model of single prestressed concrete pipe pile and soil layer system is established by using ANSYS, and the response of single prestressed concrete pipe pile under earthquake action is analyzed. Taking into account that the constraints are linear elastic state, nonlinear state and semilinear semi-nonlinear state, the pile foundation and soil layer under earthquake load are analyzed and compared by using Tianjin wave of Ninghe River. The seismic response and stress of prestressed concrete pipe pile are obtained. 3. The pile foundation group of prestressed concrete pipe pile is established. Three kinds of seismic waves are used to affect the pile foundation group, and the response of pile foundation group under different seismic waves and the pile foundation group response under different seismic wave acceleration are discussed. The pile group response under different seismic wave loading direction and the pile foundation group response under different seismic wave frequency are analyzed. 4. The durability of prestressed concrete pipe pile is analyzed considering the corrosion action of chloride ion and various main factors. The research results of this paper can provide basic theoretical support and numerical verification for the design and treatment of prestressed concrete pipe pile, and have certain guiding significance for practical engineering.
