基于性能的活性粉末混凝土井蓋應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:活性粉末混凝土(Reactive Powder Concrete,簡稱RPC)是一種抗壓強(qiáng)度高且韌性、耐久性和體積穩(wěn)定性良好的水泥基復(fù)合材料,將其運(yùn)用在市政工程的井蓋,能大大減輕結(jié)構(gòu)自重和延長使用壽命。然而,目前對RPC井蓋的相關(guān)研究較少,尤其在RPC井蓋制作、脫模和開啟等工藝,影響性價(jià)比的井蓋厚度、鋼纖維摻量選擇等方面均缺乏深入的研究。為使RPC井蓋能盡快應(yīng)用于市政工程,本文開展了以下的研究工作:(1)進(jìn)行了RPC井蓋制備工藝的試驗(yàn)研究,形成一套較為系統(tǒng)的井蓋制備技術(shù),并對RPC井蓋脫模與開啟工藝進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,以往的鋼纖維混凝土井蓋脫模工藝不適用于RPC井蓋,RPC井蓋肋要有一定的傾斜度與倒角且包邊與模具邊緣要有間隙;RPC井蓋采用細(xì)部構(gòu)造成60°夾角的撬起裝置的開啟效率較高。(2)進(jìn)行了不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式的RPC井蓋承載能力試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,無論是極限承載力,還是在結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、延性性能等方面,井字肋井蓋均優(yōu)于十字肋井蓋,且井字肋井蓋可以滿足《鋼纖維混凝土檢查井蓋》B級井蓋的相關(guān)要求,可應(yīng)用于公路或城市行車道上。(3)進(jìn)行了14個(gè)RPC井字肋井蓋的試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)參數(shù)為井蓋厚度與鋼纖維摻量。結(jié)果表明,40mm厚與45mm厚的RPC井蓋承載能力相差不大,因此建議采用更輕更薄的40mm厚RPC井蓋;鋼纖維摻量3%、40mm厚的RPC井蓋承載能力符合《鋼纖維混凝土檢查井蓋》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)B級井蓋的要求。(4)開展了RPC井蓋、鋼纖維混凝土井蓋和鑄鐵井蓋的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,結(jié)果表明,在力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)滿足《鋼纖維混凝土檢查井蓋》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)B級井蓋要求的前提下,RPC井蓋的材料價(jià)格略高于鋼纖維混凝土井蓋,但遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于鑄鐵井蓋,具有工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。(5)進(jìn)行了RPC井蓋的現(xiàn)場使用性能研究。結(jié)果顯示,RPC井蓋位于重級交通等級路段,經(jīng)過車流量換算,RPC井蓋若能經(jīng)受住700萬次左右標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸重的沖擊,將具有20年左右的疲勞使用壽命;使用過程中RPC井蓋與井座吻合良好,產(chǎn)生噪音和跳動(dòng)概率較鑄鐵井蓋小,具有更為優(yōu)越的使用性能;RPC井蓋在使用過程中產(chǎn)生了裂縫,其原因可能為RPC井蓋細(xì)部構(gòu)造(如保護(hù)層厚度)不甚合理所致,將通過對上述構(gòu)造的改進(jìn),以期獲得耐久性能更好的RPC井蓋。
[Abstract]:Reactive powder concrete (Reactive Powder Concrete,) is a kind of cement matrix composite with high compressive strength, toughness, durability and volume stability. Applying it to the manhole cover of municipal engineering can greatly reduce the structural weight and prolong the service life. However, there are few researches on RPC manhole cover at present, especially in the manufacturing, demoulding and opening processes of RPC well cover, the thickness of manhole cover which affects the performance to price ratio, and the selection of steel fiber content, etc. In order to make RPC well cover be applied to municipal engineering as soon as possible, the following research work has been carried out in this paper: (1) the experimental research on the preparation technology of RPC well cover has been carried out, and a set of systematic well cover preparation technology has been formed. The RPC well cover demoulding and opening process are also studied. The results show that the former steel fiber reinforced concrete manhole cover demoulding process is not suitable for RPC manhole cover ribbed with a certain inclination and chamfering, and there should be a gap between the edge and the die edge. The opening efficiency of the prying device with 60 擄angle is higher for RPC manhole cover. (2) the load-carrying capacity of RPC manhole cover with different structure is studied experimentally. The results show that, in terms of ultimate bearing capacity, structural stiffness and ductility, the well ribbed manhole cover is superior to the cross ribbed manhole cover, and the well ribbed manhole cover can meet the relevant requirements of steel fiber concrete check manhole cover > class B well cover. It can be applied to highway or urban carriageway. (3) the experimental study of 14 RPC well ribbed manhole covers is carried out. The experimental parameters are the thickness of well cover and the content of steel fiber. The results show that the bearing capacity of RPC well cover with 40 mm thickness is not much different from that of RPC well cover with 45mm thickness. Therefore, a lighter and thinner 40mm thick RPC well cover is recommended. The bearing capacity of RPC well cover with steel fiber content of 3mm and 40mm thickness meets the requirement of standard B class well cover. (4) the economic benefit analysis of RPC well cover, steel fiber concrete well cover and cast iron well cover is carried out, and the results show that, The material price of RPC manhole cover is slightly higher than that of steel fiber concrete manhole cover, but far lower than cast iron manhole cover. It has engineering application value. (5) the field performance of RPC well cover is studied. The results show that the RPC well cover is located in the heavy traffic grade section. If it can withstand the impact of about 7 million standard axle loads, the RPC well cover will have a fatigue life of about 20 years, and the RPC well cover and the well seat are in good agreement with each other in the process of operation. The noise and runout probability is smaller than that of cast iron manhole cover, and it has more superior performance. RPC manhole cover produces fracture in the process of use, which may be caused by the unreasonable structure (such as thickness of protective layer) of RPC manhole cover. Improvements will be made to the above structure in order to achieve better durability of RPC manhole covers.
