【摘要】：ERP系統(tǒng)集信息技術與先進的管理思想于一身，是現(xiàn)代信息技術與現(xiàn)代管理理念的有機結合，是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益最大化的有效途徑。近幾年來，隨著混凝土行業(yè)發(fā)展，ERP系統(tǒng)作為提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要工具也被廣泛引入應用。在現(xiàn)有市場經(jīng)濟的大環(huán)境下，降低企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品成本成為提高企業(yè)效益的一個重要途徑。而直接影響產(chǎn)品成本最重要的部分就原材料采購成本這一環(huán)節(jié)，做好入料成本控制就成為ERP系統(tǒng)的核心部分。 本文首先闡述述了ERP系統(tǒng)國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀及我國混凝土行業(yè)的應用情況，接著對BY公司引入ERP系統(tǒng)后起到的作用進行了描述，并提出了入料模塊存在的問題。然后對BY公司ERP入料成本控制進行實證分析，并提出了影響入料成本的因素及進行入料成本控制的途徑。
[Abstract]:ERP system is an organic combination of modern information technology and modern management idea. It is an effective way for enterprises to maximize economic benefits. In recent years, with the development of concrete industry, ERP system as an important tool to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has been widely used. In the current market economy environment, reducing the cost of products becomes an important way to improve the efficiency of enterprises. The most important part that directly affects the product cost is the raw material purchase cost, and the key part of the ERP system is to control the input cost. This paper first describes the research status of ERP system at home and abroad and the application of concrete industry in our country, then describes the role of BY after the introduction of ERP system, and puts forward the problems existing in the feed module. Then, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the cost control of ERP feed in BY Company, and puts forward the factors that affect the input cost and the ways to control the input cost.
