基于GPRS的電梯遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設計

【摘要】:電梯作為人們日常生活中一種的垂直交通工具,與人們的生活息息相關,在高層建筑日益增多的今天,電梯的使用變得更加頻繁。而近年來電梯事故頻頻,于是電梯的安全監(jiān)控成為電梯行業(yè)的重中之重,對電梯的監(jiān)控管理研究也成為一項重要課題。 本課題在目前遠程電梯監(jiān)控技術的基礎上,結合了目前已經比較完善的GPRS網絡技術,使GPRS網絡作為傳輸信息的媒介,從電梯采集來的數(shù)據通過GPRS網絡傳送到數(shù)據監(jiān)控中心或者接收來自監(jiān)控中心的命令。系統(tǒng)主要由三大部分構成,電梯數(shù)據的采集終端、數(shù)據傳輸模塊和數(shù)據監(jiān)控中心。數(shù)據采集終端將電梯的各項數(shù)據信息采集后發(fā)送到數(shù)據傳輸模塊,單片機對數(shù)據進行分析處理后通過GPRS模塊發(fā)送出去,數(shù)據中心接收到數(shù)據后分析處理,并且顯示在界面上方便用戶隨時監(jiān)控。數(shù)據傳輸?shù)牧鞒淌菙?shù)據通過CAN總線傳輸?shù)綌?shù)據采集模塊,采集模塊接收CAN數(shù)據后轉換處理,通過單片機的串口將數(shù)據傳送到GPRS傳輸模塊,傳輸模塊通過發(fā)送特定指令給GPRS模塊,使模塊接收數(shù)據,連接網絡后將數(shù)據傳送出去。 本論文內容包括系統(tǒng)的總體方案設計、數(shù)據采集模塊與GPRS傳輸模塊的硬件電路設計及軟件設計、數(shù)據監(jiān)控中心管理軟件研究和測試,詳細介紹了電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)整個研究設計的過程。
[Abstract]:As a vertical vehicle in people's daily life, elevators are closely related to people's lives. Nowadays, the use of elevators is becoming more and more frequent with the increasing number of high-rise buildings. In recent years, the elevator accidents frequently, so the elevator safety monitoring has become the most important part of the elevator industry, the elevator monitoring and management research has become an important topic. On the basis of the remote elevator monitoring technology, this paper combines the GPRS network technology, which is already perfect at present, to make the GPRS network as the medium for transmitting information. Data collected from elevators are transmitted via the GPRS network to or received orders from the data monitoring center. The system is mainly composed of three parts, elevator data acquisition terminal, data transmission module and data monitoring center. The data acquisition terminal sends the elevator data information to the data transmission module, the single chip microcomputer analyzes the data and sends it out through the GPRS module, and the data center receives the data after analyzing and processing. And display on the interface to facilitate user monitoring at any time. The flow of data transmission is that the data is transmitted to the data acquisition module through the CAN bus, the acquisition module receives the CAN data after conversion processing, the data is transmitted to the GPRS transmission module through the serial port of the single chip microcomputer, and the transmission module sends specific instructions to the GPRS module. Make the module receive data, connect to the network and send the data out. The content of this paper includes the overall scheme design of the system, the hardware circuit design and software design of data acquisition module and GPRS transmission module, the research and test of data monitoring center management software. The whole research and design process of elevator monitoring system is introduced in detail.
