【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展強(qiáng)有力的拉動(dòng)下,我國(guó)物流行業(yè)獲得了快速的發(fā)展,并已成為最具有成長(zhǎng)潛力的行業(yè)之一。在此背景下,各類物流園區(qū)紛紛涌現(xiàn),物流園區(qū)的大規(guī)模建設(shè)是一種促進(jìn)我國(guó)物流水平提升以及拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。作為現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展過(guò)程中的一個(gè)新生事物,物流園區(qū)建設(shè)在我國(guó)還處于一個(gè)起步的階段,盡管各類物流園區(qū)四處開(kāi)花,但是建成以后能夠良好運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的卻寥寥無(wú)幾。究其原因是一些物流園區(qū)匆匆上馬,沒(méi)有對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,而物流園區(qū)建設(shè)往往投資巨大,一旦決策失誤往往會(huì)給投資主體帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。針對(duì)目前物流園區(qū)建設(shè)如火如荼的客觀現(xiàn)實(shí),本文選擇濰坊昌濰物流園區(qū)這一典型項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)利用SWOT分析、德?tīng)柗品ǖ葘?duì)物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。同時(shí)利用了層次分析法、專家調(diào)查打分法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等定量分析方法,全面而深入的分析了濰坊昌濰物流園區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),具有一定的科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性。并在此基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了有利于控制物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的具體策略,希望通過(guò)本文的研究能夠?yàn)樵撐锪鲌@區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制做出有益探索,同時(shí)也希望文章的結(jié)論能夠給我國(guó)更多物流園區(qū)建設(shè)的順利開(kāi)展帶來(lái)經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。本文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)的內(nèi)容：第一部分為前言,主要對(duì)課題的研究背景與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述。第二部分為項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理基本理論概述,主要對(duì)物流園區(qū)、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等理論進(jìn)行了論述,為論文的開(kāi)展奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分為濰坊昌濰物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)分析,利用SWOT分析方法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了一個(gè)全面分析。第四部分為濰坊昌濰物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與評(píng)判,分別對(duì)該物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了識(shí)別,并對(duì)這些因素進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。第五部分對(duì)濰坊昌濰物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)及防范策略進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了概括。第六部分為結(jié)論與展望,對(duì)論文的研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理,并指出了未來(lái)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the logistics industry of our country has been developing rapidly, and has become one of the industries with the most growth potential. In this context, all kinds of logistics parks have emerged, the large-scale construction of logistics parks is an important force to promote the level of logistics and promote economic development in China. As a new thing in the process of modern logistics development, the construction of logistics park is still in its infancy in our country. Although all kinds of logistics parks blossom everywhere, few of them can run well after completion. The reason is that some logistics parks rush to start, and do not carry on the investment risk analysis to the project, but the logistics park construction often has the huge investment, once the decision mistake often will bring the huge economic loss to the investment main body. Aiming at the objective reality of logistics park construction in full swing, this paper chooses Weifang Changwei logistics park as the research object, and identifies the risk of logistics park project by using SWOT analysis, Delphi method and so on. Have certain innovation. At the same time, using the analytic hierarchy process method, the expert investigation scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other quantitative analysis methods, comprehensive and in-depth analysis of Weifang Changwei logistics park construction project investment risk, has certain scientific and accurate. On this basis, the paper puts forward some specific strategies to control the investment risk of the logistics park project, hoping that the research in this paper can make a beneficial exploration for the control of the construction project risk of the logistics park. At the same time, I also hope that the conclusion of the article can bring lessons to the smooth development of more logistics parks in China. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first part is the preface, mainly to the research background and significance of the subject, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and so on. The second part is an overview of the basic theory of project investment risk management, which mainly discusses the logistics park, project risk management, project investment risk and so on, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the paper. The third part is the market analysis of the Weifang Changwei Logistics Park Project, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the market environment of the project by using the SWOT analysis method. The fourth part is the identification and evaluation of the investment risk of Weifang Changwei logistics park project. The factors of investment risk of the logistics park project are identified, and these factors are evaluated. The fifth part summarizes the investment risk response and prevention strategy of Weifang Changwei logistics park project from two aspects: risk monitoring and risk response. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect, combing the research results and pointing out the future research direction.
