變頻調(diào)速恒壓供水技術(shù)在建筑給水系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國是一個(gè)嚴(yán)重干旱缺水的國家。人均占有淡水資源量相當(dāng)貧乏,而且日趨嚴(yán)重的水污染不僅降低了水體的使用功能,進(jìn)一步加劇了水資源短缺的矛盾。與此同時(shí)能源短缺是全球性的問題,這兩大問題對中國正在實(shí)施的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略帶來了嚴(yán)重影響,而且還嚴(yán)重威脅了人民群眾的飲水安全和健康。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,大中小城市建設(shè)突飛猛進(jìn),建筑能耗和用水量也在逐年增加,因此,節(jié)能、節(jié)水至關(guān)重要。本文通過實(shí)地考察研究建筑給排水中節(jié)能節(jié)水技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用情況。從圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品材料選型及其現(xiàn)場施工,進(jìn)行節(jié)水節(jié)能可行性的探討。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,許多節(jié)能節(jié)水技術(shù)也被開發(fā)出來并一步步應(yīng)用到我們的現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中去,現(xiàn)在在建筑給水系統(tǒng)中,采用變頻泵組調(diào)速恒壓供水的方式已成為目前的主流。對于建筑物內(nèi)給水設(shè)備的改造也起了很大的節(jié)能作用。 本文針對變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)在建筑給水中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了淺析及探討,首先查閱現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)和資料闡述了泵的工作特性曲線及工作原理,了解變頻泵能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)節(jié)能的原因。其次就我國目前給排水發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了簡述,列舉了現(xiàn)在幾種常用的給水系統(tǒng),其中有直接供水系統(tǒng)、設(shè)置高位水箱供水系統(tǒng)、水泵聯(lián)合水箱供水系統(tǒng)、管網(wǎng)疊壓供水系統(tǒng)等。然后分析了變頻調(diào)速恒壓技術(shù)的原理和系統(tǒng)組成,,以及此技術(shù)在目前建筑物給水系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用情況。通過實(shí)例分析,我們可以看到:變頻調(diào)速恒壓供水技術(shù)在一些建筑物供水系統(tǒng)中確實(shí)能夠帶來節(jié)能節(jié)水的效果。并且在供水安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益方面效果顯著。由此可知,變頻調(diào)速恒壓技術(shù)在建筑物供水系統(tǒng)中有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Our country is a country with severe drought and water shortage. The per capita possession of fresh water resources is quite poor, and the increasingly serious water pollution not only reduces the water use function, but also exacerbates the contradiction of water resources shortage. At the same time, the energy shortage is a global problem. These two problems have a serious impact on the sustainable development strategy that China is implementing, and also seriously threaten the safety and health of the people's drinking water. With the development of economy, the construction of large, medium and small cities is advancing by leaps and bounds, and the building energy consumption and water consumption are increasing year by year. Therefore, energy saving and water saving are very important. In this paper, energy saving and water saving technology and its application in building water supply and drainage are studied through field investigation. The feasibility of water saving and energy saving is discussed from drawing design, material selection and site construction. With the development of science and technology, many energy-saving and water-saving technologies have also been developed and applied to our real life step by step. Now in the building water supply system, Variable-frequency pump set speed constant pressure water supply mode has become the mainstream. It also plays a great role in energy saving for the renovation of water supply equipment in buildings. In this paper, the application of variable frequency constant pressure water supply system in building water supply is analyzed and discussed. Firstly, the working characteristic curve and working principle of the pump are explained by consulting the existing literature and data, and the reasons why the frequency conversion pump can realize energy saving are understood. Secondly, the development of water supply and drainage in our country is briefly described, and several common water supply systems are listed, including direct water supply system, high water tank water supply system, water supply system of water pump combined tank, superimposed water supply system of pipe network and so on. Then, the principle and system composition of variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure technology are analyzed, and the application of this technology in building water supply system is also analyzed. Through the analysis of examples, we can see that the technology of variable frequency speed regulation and constant pressure water supply can really bring about the effect of saving energy and saving water in some water supply systems of buildings. And in the water supply safety and economic benefits, the effect is remarkable. It can be seen that the constant pressure technology of variable frequency speed regulation has important practical significance in building water supply system.
