基坑支護(hù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國深基坑開挖與支護(hù)工程始于上世紀(jì)80年代。隨著城市高層建筑的不斷發(fā)展,基坑開挖的深度不斷增加,最深達(dá)20-30米;娱_挖與支護(hù)涉及到巖土工程、結(jié)構(gòu)工程和排水工程等等,是一門綜合性學(xué)科。在基坑開挖過程中要考慮眾多因素影響:基坑支護(hù)方案的選擇、基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)力與位移的變化、基坑排水、基坑周邊環(huán)境建筑物沉降發(fā)展等等,解決以上問題是確保工程建設(shè)安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)的根本保證。 本文結(jié)合蘇州交通銀行大廈基坑開挖與支護(hù)工程,開展了基坑支護(hù)方案選擇、基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)力與位移變化、基坑地下水控制等方面問題的研究,得到以下結(jié)論: 1.針對(duì)基坑巖土體參數(shù)條件、開挖深度和周邊建筑物分布情況,提出了基坑支護(hù)的三種可行性方案。 2.通過分析基坑支護(hù)方案優(yōu)選的影響因素,提出各評(píng)價(jià)參數(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)化計(jì)算方法,建立了基坑支護(hù)方案選擇的多屬性決策模型。通過計(jì)算得出了排水+止水帷幕方案是蘇州交通銀行大廈基坑支護(hù)的首選方案的結(jié)論。 3.在彈性地基梁計(jì)算理論的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮樁-土相對(duì)位移影響,根據(jù)支護(hù)樁水平支撐的設(shè)置情況將基坑的開挖分解為不同階段,結(jié)合初參數(shù)法推導(dǎo)得出了開挖過程中支護(hù)樁水平位移、轉(zhuǎn)角位移、彎矩和剪力沿樁身分布的計(jì)算公式。 4.理論分析了基坑抗突涌和抗穩(wěn)定滲流的基本條件,并結(jié)合蘇州交通銀行大廈工程的基坑參數(shù)條件進(jìn)行了這兩方面問題的驗(yàn)算。 5.根據(jù)基坑降水的理論計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了蘇州交通銀行大廈基坑工程降水的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,確保承壓水和微承壓水的降水井布置數(shù)量和口徑都能滿足要求。 6.通過理論分析,得到了水土合算、水土分算和考慮地下水形成滲流三種情況下的水壓力計(jì)算公式,進(jìn)一步分析推到得出了考慮滲透水影響情況下支護(hù)樁位移與力的計(jì)算公式。并根據(jù)基坑現(xiàn)場深層水平位移的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算與現(xiàn)場實(shí)測的對(duì)比分析,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。 7.進(jìn)行了基坑周邊土體深層位移、周邊道路沉降、支撐軸力、立柱沉降、圈梁水平位移、圈梁沉降、駁岸水平位移、周邊建筑物沉降和地下地下水位變化的監(jiān)測,分析總結(jié)出各參數(shù)在基坑開挖過程中的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The excavation and support of deep foundation pit in China began in 1980's. With the continuous development of urban high-rise buildings, the excavation depth of foundation pit is increasing, the deepest is 20-30 meters. Excavation and support of foundation pit involves geotechnical engineering, structural engineering and drainage engineering, etc. It is a comprehensive subject. In the process of foundation pit excavation, many factors should be considered: the selection of foundation pit support scheme, the change of the force and displacement of foundation pit support structure, the drainage of foundation pit, the settlement and development of surrounding buildings, and so on. Solving the above problems is the fundamental guarantee to ensure the safety, economy and science of engineering construction. Based on the excavation and support engineering of Suzhou Jiaotong Bank Building, this paper studies the selection of foundation pit support scheme, the change of foundation pit support structure force and displacement, and the underground water control of foundation pit. The conclusions are as follows: 1. According to the parameter condition of rock and soil, the depth of excavation and the distribution of surrounding buildings, three feasible schemes of foundation pit support are put forward. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the optimal selection of foundation pit support schemes, a method for calculating the conversion of evaluation parameters is proposed, and a multi-attribute decision model for the selection of foundation pit support schemes is established. Through calculation, it is concluded that the drainage curtain scheme is the first choice for foundation pit support of Suzhou Jiaotong Bank Building. 3. On the basis of the calculation theory of elastic foundation beam, considering the influence of pile-soil relative displacement, the excavation of foundation pit is decomposed into different stages according to the setting of horizontal support of supporting pile. Combined with the initial parameter method, the formulas for calculating the horizontal displacement, angular displacement, bending moment and shear force distribution along the pile body during excavation are derived. The basic conditions of resisting outburst and steady seepage of foundation pit are analyzed theoretically, and the checking calculation of these two problems is carried out in combination with the parameters of foundation pit of Suzhou Jiaotong Bank Building. Based on the theoretical calculation method of foundation pit dewatering, the design and calculation of foundation pit dewatering in Suzhou Jiaotong Bank Building are carried out to ensure that the number and caliber of dewatering wells in confined water and micro-confined water can meet the requirements. Through theoretical analysis, the calculation formulas of water pressure are obtained under the conditions of water and soil calculation, soil and water division and seepage formation of groundwater, and the formula of displacement and force of supporting pile considering the influence of permeable water is obtained by further analysis. According to the monitoring data of the deep horizontal displacement of the foundation pit, the theoretical calculation and the field measurement are compared and analyzed, which further verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The deep displacement of soil around the foundation pit, the settlement of surrounding road, the settlement of supporting axial force, the settlement of column, the horizontal displacement of ring beam, the settlement of ring beam, the horizontal displacement of barge bank, the settlement of surrounding buildings and the change of groundwater level are monitored. The variation law of each parameter in excavation process is analyzed and summarized.
