輪式裝載機(jī)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和建模仿真研究

【摘要】:隨著輪式裝載機(jī)新技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)和人們對(duì)裝載機(jī)性能要求的不斷提高,現(xiàn)有的裝載機(jī)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)已不能完全體現(xiàn)新技術(shù)的發(fā)展和要求,因而論文對(duì)輪式裝載機(jī)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析研究,對(duì)現(xiàn)有裝載機(jī)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)提出補(bǔ)充建議;輪式裝載機(jī)性能試驗(yàn)費(fèi)用高、周期長,仿真技術(shù)的發(fā)展為其提供了強(qiáng)有力的工具和手段,論文對(duì)裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行建模仿真研究,以便減少試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容、縮短試驗(yàn)周期、節(jié)約試驗(yàn)成本。 首先,論文根據(jù)輪式裝載機(jī)工況特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展趨勢和現(xiàn)有輪式裝載機(jī)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了裝載機(jī)動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和作業(yè)能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的裝載機(jī)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)提出了一些補(bǔ)充和改進(jìn)建議;其次,完成了基于AMESim的輪式裝載機(jī)的模型建立和仿真計(jì)算。主要完成了底盤系統(tǒng)、鏟斗系統(tǒng)和轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)建模,在裝載機(jī)模型基礎(chǔ)上建立性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的參數(shù)計(jì)算模型,對(duì)其動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、作業(yè)能力的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)仿真計(jì)算,得到仿真結(jié)果;最后,將仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)測值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、作業(yè)能力指標(biāo)的仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)測值誤差均在工程允許誤差以內(nèi)。仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致性較好,建立的裝載機(jī)仿真模型具有較好的實(shí)用性,,能滿足工程試驗(yàn)的要求。 論文對(duì)輪式裝載機(jī)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)提出補(bǔ)充,可以更準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)裝載機(jī)各項(xiàng)性能,同時(shí)體現(xiàn)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展;基于AMESim軟件建立輪式裝載機(jī)的仿真模型,可以真實(shí)模擬裝載機(jī)行走、作業(yè)情況,更簡捷地獲得裝載機(jī)的各項(xiàng)性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),省去了復(fù)雜的試驗(yàn),降低了成本。
[Abstract]:With the continuous emergence of new technology of wheel loader and the continuous improvement of the performance requirements of the loader, the existing performance evaluation indexes of the loader can not fully reflect the development and requirements of the new technology. Therefore, the performance evaluation index of wheel loader is analyzed and studied in this paper, and some supplementary suggestions are put forward for the performance evaluation index of wheel loader, the cost of performance test of wheel loader is high, the period is long, The development of simulation technology provides powerful tools and means for it. In order to reduce the content of the test, shorten the test period and save the cost of the test, the paper carries on the modeling and simulation research on the loader in order to reduce the test content, shorten the test period and save the test cost. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the wheel loader, the development trend and the current national standard of wheel loader, the paper analyzes the present situation of the evaluation index of the loader's power, economy and working ability. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation index of wheel loader. Secondly, the model building and simulation calculation of wheel loader based on AMESim are completed. The modeling of chassis system, bucket system and steering system is completed. Based on the loader model, the parameter calculation model of performance evaluation index is established. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the measured values. The simulation results of power, economy and operation capability are within the allowable error of engineering. The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results. The simulation model of the loader has good practicability and can meet the requirements of engineering tests. The evaluation index of wheel loader can be evaluated more accurately, and the application and development of new technology can be reflected. The simulation model of wheel loader based on AMESim software can be used to simulate the wheel loader. The performance evaluation indexes of the loader can be obtained more simply, which saves the complicated test and reduces the cost.
