【摘要】：在項目的進度控制過程中,要注意它是一個動態(tài)的、連續(xù)的控制過程,在項目進度控制這個問題上,既要進行事前的進度控制,又要進行事中和事后的進度控制,三個方面缺一不可。建筑行業(yè)所生產出來的產品,既對功能性有要求,又對結構性有要求,所以對于建筑行業(yè)的產品來講,它的進度要求既包括功能性的進度要求,又包括結構性的進度要求,對進度的要求比較全面,這也決定了,項目要想做好進度管理工作,就必須要團隊協(xié)作,多方監(jiān)督,僅靠管理著一個人的力量是遠遠不夠的,建筑團隊的創(chuàng)造性、凝聚力、在建筑工程進度控制方面,發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。本文以濰坊時代新城建設項目為例,來探討進度管理理論在項目中的具體運用問題,提出合理化的建議,對同類建設項目的進度管理起到有益的借鑒作用本文主要包括六部分內容,第一部分為引言部分,主要包括項目的研究背景與意義,國內外相關研究現(xiàn)狀,主要研究內容與框架、研究方法與技術路線、創(chuàng)新與不足等：第二部分為工程項目進度控制理論綜述,包括工程項目進度控制概述、工程項目進度控制原理和方法以及進度控制計劃相關內容。第三部分為濰坊時代新城項目簡介,包括項目建設背景、概況、特點、建設方案分析等內容。第四部分為濰坊時代新城建設項目進度控制準備,主要包括工程項目工作分解結構、工程項目組織機構設置、工程項目組織機構職能安排、工程項目進度控制制度設置等內容。第五部分為濰坊時代新城建設項目進度控制過程,主要包括工程項目進度計劃、工程項目進度控制方案等內容。第六部分為結論與展望部分。
[Abstract]:In the progress control process of the project, we should pay attention to the fact that it is a dynamic and continuous control process. On the issue of project schedule control, we should not only carry out the progress control in advance, but also carry out the progress control in the event and afterwards. Three aspects are indispensable. The products produced by the construction industry have both functional and structural requirements. Therefore, for the products of the construction industry, their schedule requirements include both functional and structural progress requirements. The requirements for progress are relatively comprehensive. This also determines that in order to do a good job of progress management, a project must have team cooperation and multi-party supervision. It is far from enough to rely solely on the strength of a person to manage a person. The creativity and cohesion of the construction team are far from enough. In the construction project progress control, play a huge role. This paper takes the Weifang Times New Town Construction Project as an example to discuss the specific application of schedule management theory in the project, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. This article mainly includes six parts, the first part is the introduction part, mainly includes the research background and significance of the project, the domestic and foreign related research present situation, The main research contents and framework, research methods and technical routes, innovation and deficiencies. The second part is a review of engineering project schedule control theory, including engineering project schedule control overview, Principle and method of project schedule control and related contents of schedule control plan. The third part is the brief introduction of Weifang era New Town project, including the project background, general situation, characteristics, construction program analysis and so on. The fourth part is the preparation for the progress control of the new city construction project in Weifang era, which mainly includes the work breakdown structure of the engineering project, the setting of the project organization, the function arrangement of the engineering project organization, the setting of the schedule control system of the engineering project, and so on. The fifth part is the progress control process of Weifang new town construction project, mainly including the project schedule plan, the project schedule control scheme and so on. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect part.
