粉煤灰混凝土高溫后強(qiáng)度退化規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:水泥、沙子、石子、水、粉煤灰、外加劑是混凝土中的重要組成部分,在混凝土中摻入粉煤灰,不但可節(jié)約大量的水泥和細(xì)骨料,減少了用水量,改善了混凝土拌和物的和易性、粘聚性、保水性,并能增強(qiáng)混凝土的可泵性:減少了混凝土的徐變;減少水化熱、熱能膨脹性,從而了減少了混凝土表面產(chǎn)生的裂紋;提高混凝土抗?jié)B能力和耐久性;增加混凝土的修飾性。并能夠充分地利用工業(yè)廢渣,減少環(huán)境污染,降低混凝土生產(chǎn)成本,變廢為寶,化害為利,提高混凝土的性能,更有利于粉煤灰的綜合利用,是目前混凝土中比較理想的摻加料。在考慮混凝土受熱后的力學(xué)性能與溫度、養(yǎng)護(hù)條件之間的關(guān)系時(shí),必然要對(duì)粉煤灰混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)殘余承載能力和耐久性進(jìn)行分析,并能快速、準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)定出混凝土的殘余強(qiáng)度,用無(wú)損檢測(cè)的方法來(lái)研究其適用性,并分析計(jì)算混凝土材料的使用性能以及殘余強(qiáng)度。采用單因素分析方法研究了不同摻量粉煤灰混凝土,在不同高溫溫度作用后的混凝土殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度、殘余劈拉強(qiáng)度與回彈值、聲速值之間的變化規(guī)律。利用Excel的一元線性回歸、二元線性回歸、二元非線性回歸,分析了回彈、超聲一回彈檢測(cè)高溫作用后混凝土殘余強(qiáng)度方法的適用性,并且建立高溫后混凝土強(qiáng)度與回彈值、聲速值之間的回歸方程。
[Abstract]:Cement, sand, stone, water, fly ash and admixture are important parts of concrete. Adding fly ash to concrete not only saves a lot of cement and fine aggregate, but also reduces water consumption. It can improve the easiness, agglomeration and water retention of concrete, and can enhance the pumpability of concrete, reduce the creep of concrete, reduce the heat of hydration and thermal expansion, and thus reduce the cracks on the surface of concrete. Improve the impermeability and durability of concrete; increase the modification of concrete. It can make full use of industrial waste residue, reduce environmental pollution, reduce the production cost of concrete, turn waste into treasure, improve the performance of concrete, and be more favorable to the comprehensive utilization of fly ash. It is an ideal admixture in concrete at present. Considering the relationship between mechanical properties, temperature and curing conditions of concrete after heating, it is necessary to analyze the residual bearing capacity and durability of fly ash concrete structure, and to evaluate the residual strength of concrete quickly and accurately. Nondestructive testing is used to study its applicability and to analyze and calculate the performance and residual strength of concrete. The variation of residual compressive strength, residual splitting tensile strength, springback value and sound velocity of concrete with different content of fly ash at different temperature and temperature were studied by single factor analysis method. By using Excel's linear regression and binary nonlinear regression, the applicability of the method of rebound and ultrasonic rebound to detect the residual strength of concrete after high temperature is analyzed, and the strength and rebound value of concrete after high temperature are established.
