【摘要】：濱海濕地在水分涵養(yǎng)、維護(hù)地區(qū)水資源平衡、調(diào)節(jié)改善當(dāng)?shù)貧夂�、減少污染、維護(hù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)多樣性、改善環(huán)境等諸多方面起著十分重要的作用。但是由于人們對(duì)海洋資源的過度攫取和城市化的進(jìn)度加快,濱海濕地面積正在逐年銳減,導(dǎo)致了生物多樣性的急劇下降。坐落于山東半島最東端的山東榮成市,濱海濕地資源十分豐富,為許多珍稀與瀕危鳥類提供棲息地,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)厣鷳B(tài)平衡的維護(hù)有著重要影響。2004年2月11日,桑溝灣國(guó)家城市濕地公園成為國(guó)家建設(shè)部首批批準(zhǔn),并且是唯一獲得批準(zhǔn)的的國(guó)家級(jí)城市濕地公園,這令人們對(duì)濱海濕地的重要性和保護(hù)濱海濕地的必要性有了更加深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。因此,要針對(duì)鳥類棲息地的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行濱海濕地公園規(guī)劃的研究,總結(jié)有效保護(hù)和利用濱海濕地的方式,在保證鳥類棲息地良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境前提下,合理為人們提供休閑娛樂、親近大自然的空間。 論文首先介紹了棲息地以及濱海濕地等相關(guān)概念,即濱海濕地、濱海濕地公園的定義,闡述濱海濕地公園鳥類棲息地所運(yùn)用的相關(guān)理論,說明鳥類的特點(diǎn),明確了游禽、涉禽和猛禽為桑溝灣濱海濕地公園主要保護(hù)的鳥類�？偨Y(jié)鳥類棲息與環(huán)境因素的相關(guān)性。提出可參照的國(guó)內(nèi)外濱海濕地公園鳥類棲息規(guī)劃的成功案例。其次,介紹山東榮成桑溝灣濱海濕地公園的濕地資源現(xiàn)狀和特征,從不同尺度深入分析桑溝灣濕地公園成為鳥類棲息地的原因,并且調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)桑溝灣濕地公園作為鳥類棲息生境的現(xiàn)狀。第三,著重對(duì)桑溝灣濱海濕地公園棲息的鳥類資源進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)查與分析。第四,總結(jié)出榮成桑溝灣濱海濕地公園規(guī)劃在鳥類棲息地方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足。提出基于鳥類棲息地保護(hù)的濱海濕地公園規(guī)劃的依據(jù)、目標(biāo)、原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)合理的保護(hù)分區(qū)與功能分區(qū)、道路交通規(guī)劃、豎向規(guī)劃、水系規(guī)劃與設(shè)施規(guī)劃等。 最后,驗(yàn)證規(guī)劃的合理性并總結(jié)基于鳥類棲息地保護(hù)的桑溝灣濱海濕地公園規(guī)劃方法結(jié)論,對(duì)濱海濕地公園規(guī)劃進(jìn)行實(shí)踐性的規(guī)劃研究。希望通過提出從鳥類棲息地保護(hù)角度進(jìn)行濱海濕地公園規(guī)劃的方法,針對(duì)保護(hù)鳥類棲息地的角度對(duì)濱海濕地公園進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃,能將研究成果應(yīng)用到相關(guān)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中。
[Abstract]:Coastal wetland plays a very important role in water conservation, maintaining regional water resources balance, adjusting and improving local climate, reducing pollution, maintaining diversity of ecosystem, improving environment and so on. However, due to the excessive exploitation of marine resources and the acceleration of urbanization, the area of coastal wetlands is decreasing year by year, resulting in a sharp decline in biodiversity. Located at the easternmost tip of the Shandong Peninsula, Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, is rich in coastal wetland resources, providing habitat for many rare and endangered birds and having an important impact on the maintenance of the local ecological balance. The Sanggou Bay National Urban Wetland Park has become the first batch approved by the Ministry of Construction, and is the only state-level urban wetland park approved. This makes people have a deeper understanding of the importance of coastal wetlands and the necessity of protecting coastal wetlands. Therefore, in view of the characteristics of bird habitat, the planning of coastal wetland park should be studied, and the ways of effectively protecting and utilizing coastal wetland should be summarized, and on the premise of ensuring a good ecological environment of bird habitat, people should be provided with recreation and recreation reasonably. A space close to nature. Firstly, this paper introduces the concepts of habitat and coastal wetland, that is, the definition of coastal wetland and coastal wetland park, expounds the relevant theories of bird habitat in coastal wetland park, explains the characteristics of birds, and clarifies the game birds. Wading birds and raptors are the main protected birds in Sanggou Bay Coastal Wetland Park. The relationship between bird habitat and environmental factors was summarized. The successful cases of bird habitat planning in coastal wetland park at home and abroad are put forward. Secondly, the present situation and characteristics of wetland resources in Rongcheng Sanggou Bay Coastal Wetland Park in Shandong Province are introduced, and the reasons why Sanggou Bay Wetland Park has become a bird habitat are analyzed from different scales. The current situation of Sanggou Bay Wetland Park as a bird habitat was investigated and evaluated. Thirdly, the bird resources of Sanggou Bay Coastal Wetland Park are investigated and analyzed in detail. Fourthly, the advantages and disadvantages of Rongcheng Sanggou Bay Coastal Wetland Park in bird habitat planning are summarized. This paper puts forward the basis, goal and principle of the planning of coastal wetland park based on bird habitat protection, and on this basis, designs reasonable protection zoning and functional zoning, road traffic planning, vertical planning, water system planning and facilities planning, etc. Finally, the rationality of the planning is verified and the conclusions of the planning method of the Sanggou Bay Coastal Wetland Park based on the protection of bird habitat are summarized, and the practical planning of the Coastal Wetland Park is studied. It is hoped that the method of planning coastal wetland park from the angle of bird habitat protection can be applied to the planning and design of coastal wetland park in view of the protection of bird habitat.
